      Worst Experience for families with children with disabilities! I brought my 10 year old son who has Non-verbal Autism. He elopes so we do have him on a harness with the amount of people. We visited the ****** area first my husband told the workers he elopes and he is non verbal. My husband needed to go down the slides with him so he put him in front of him and went. The workers started yelling at him for doing so. I then was told kids with " AUTISM" cant be riding the rides. The workers are very rude. It is hard enough taking my son out! He is a CHILD! he deserves to have the same experiences as other children. We then were getting harassed by workers as well as Guest for having our son on a Harness. **** comments rude people! went to the lazy river was holding on to his tube so he didn't float away was told couldn't do that but YET! you don't have double tubes! this park is not Disability friendly at all! we bought 8 season Passes for us and kids WE WILL BE REFUNDING ALL OF THEM! I will be taking this Higher above THEY NEED improvements for kids with disabilities!

      We were just there on the 15th of July. I go every year and this year we took 6 kids and 6 adults. Worst time I've ever gone! Most of the rides were closed! We waited to get on the kids little roller coaster and after being in line for 45 minutes we were told it was going to be awhile before it was fixed. The frog one next to it was down, the kangaroos, the disco, the gold rush one, tomahawk, the water one that splashes people on the bridge, etc. We took the kids to the upstairs restaurant by the lockers, they were out of most food. I ordered nachos and after I paid they said we have no sour cream, no salsa, no gauc and no tomatoes. I said I'll take a refund and go somewhere else and they told me I couldn't get a refund!!! We went to sit out tables that were filthy so I asked for a rag to clean it and guess what,! They have no rags to clean it as the shipment never came in! This was the worst trip for us after driving 7 hours just to come to Wild Waves!

      So much false advertising!!! 2 parks for the price of one? A MAJORITY of the rides are not working. You have commercials showing rides that haven't worked in months. This was not just on the day that I attended. This is multiple people commenting that up to 9 rides were out of service on different days/months. I counted 6 when I went. Surely this can't be acceptable.

      I wasnt able to use my season passes that I purchased because of the local mandate that went into effect. I asked for a partial refund and was denied. The email stating that they would not issue a refund, was rude and unprofessional.
