A few days ago I went to siren curves to inquire about their services and I made an appointment. They had to cancel my appointment and they charged me $50 and rescheduled me without my permission. I went today to talk with somebody and the door's locked and I couldn't enter the building and I couldn't see inside the building their sign says they're open till 7:00 p.m. she emailed me today after I responded to their email and said that she's still here. Well like I said I did not schedule and I did not give permission to schedule another appointment. I didn't see anybody inside the building. I did see suv. Nobody came to the door. But she emailed me.Business response

Hello! A consultation was scheduled with us and the appointment was never canceled by us nor was a new appointment ever made. A body sculpting consultation is $50. Our cancellation policy is clearly stated that if you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment or you no show, you are charged 100% of the amount of the appointment. When you didnt arrive for your appointment we gave a call to check in as we do offer ****** especially if it is a first time occurrence. We didnt get an answer or call back from you. Your appointment was at 10:30am and around 1:30pm I marked it as a no show. Since we did not have your card info on file, we did not charge you but the system did send you an invoice showing the $50 fee that was owed. If you felt this was an error it would have been great to give me a call at our business number! Instead, you paid the invoice from your side. When you emailed us and stated you felt it was an error and that you didnt believe you owed the amount, I responded with We didnt have a card on file for you so you havent paid anything toward the fee. And if you choose not to thats fine. However, you still paid it so Im confused by this complaint. I was working by myself on 6/8 so yes, the front door would be locked if I was with a client or away from the front lobby for my safety.Customer response
