The service man called and texted me when he was late keeping me apprised of his arrival time so I did not fuss.

This company seemed like it was going to be great, they were quick and responsive when we needed a quote, then when we decided to go with their company they said they were able to order the parts and schedule our install appt within a week, things seemed to be on track. Installation day came and things seemed positive, they showed up on time with a crew to get the job done, they were coming to replace two 5 ton heat pump unites on our commercial building and they said they could complete the job in one day. Great, one day with no cool air and no air flow, we can handle that. They were suppose to come by in the days leading up to the install but they never came. Installation day was nearing the end, it was closing time and they werent done, they were told they would need to come back tomorrow, their company called to ask that someone stay for one more hour thats what it would take to complete the job, almost 2 hours later and it still wasnt done. That was on Thursday and on Tues they had not returned nor had we heard from them. We called and were told ohh were sorry you must have gotten overlooked, lets you on the schedule for Thursday, except thursday came and they did not, we had a 9:00am schedule, I came in special to be here to let them in but they didnt show, turns out they called at 7:45am to say the thermostat didnt come in. That means that this company started a job on our commercial building knowing that they couldnt complete the project because they never had the parts, what kind of business does that? We are in the middle of an epic heat wave and we are left to try and do business with no cool air and absolutely no air flow for 9 days now and still no word on when they will finish the install. We are suffering, our business is suffering people dont want to come inside when its this hot in here. They should have never started our project if they didnt have all the parts to finish it. I gave them 2 stars because we had 2 units installed and they did get one unit installed and functioning but not the other. We cant with a clear conscience continue to refer people to this company. They have offered no suggestions, no solutions and no discounts and no end in sight.
