I prepaid invoice # ****- $286.26 on Sep 25 for two weeks of patrol services through their QuickBooks link for my property in ***********. Later, ********, their vice president of operations, called me that after investigating my property, he was concerned sending their officers to patrol the wood due to liability issues. I understood the situation and asked him to return the prepaid payment. He agreed over the phone, but later became unreachable either by emails or phone calls.Business response

Good morning,
Hello Maam this is ***** with Crime Deterrent Security, I am contacting you via personal email due to problems with business email only receiving emails at the moment. We are currently undergoing construction with ********* Outlook to fix the issue.
My concern is you not receiving your refund and not contacting me directly since our last correspondence was through emails. I was unaware that you had not received it after I sent you the screenshot of the refund from QuickBooks.
Im currently trying to resolve this issue with QuickBooks returning your refund promptly, but I am suggesting something, if you would like to receive your refund immediately please contact me via phone so I can Zelle you your refund immediately. If you do not want to call, please just send phone number so I can Zelle your refund right away. Thank you for your understanding in this matter!
