      On May 5, 2022 I secured a contracted agreement via a broker for KS Trucking LLC to transport by automobile (2017 ****** Corolla) from *********, ******* to ***********, **** to be picked up on May 9, 2022 for the total price of $1300.00. Per our contract agreement, I was supposed to receive a 24hr notice of the timeframe for the pickup in **. On May 8, 2022 I did not receive any communication from KS Trucking LLC. I attempted to contact them on May 9, 2022 to confirm a pickup time, but the contact number on our agreement was invalid. After performing an internet search, I located and contacted the office of KS Trucking LLC at ************. I was advised that the driver "******" would be 1 day late due to him still being in *****, **. I was provided *************** mobile number ************ and was advised that my car would be picked up on May 10, 2022 between 1-3pm est. On May 10, 2022 at 2:30pm I was contacted by my Broker who notified me that KS Trucking LLC has "dropped my contract as they did not have room on the truck." This unethical and unprofessional handling of our contracted agreement has resulted in me having to cancel my non-refundable airfare on JetBlue @$465 as well as searching for another transport company; completely derailing my entire move. KS Trucking LLC is responsible for refunding me my loss of airfare monies and the difference between their contracted agreement amount of $1300.oo and whatever the next transport company bids & agrees to (which is completely out of my control as this is a broker/bid process). At no time during this business did KS Trucking LLC follow the contract terms to notify me of timeframes and the complete disregard for our contracted agreement.

      My driver ******* had to pick up this car from the costumer on May 9th, but on the way to ******* the truck broke down and we were sure we could have it fixed in a timely manner, however we had to order a part which would take 3 days to arrive, and for this reason my second driver was sent to pick up the car. He arrived to ******* late Monday night and picked up the vehicle. The following morning the driver started to rearrange the truck and realized that the ****** Titan pick up truck he picked up was not a standard sized one like it was advertised by the owner and the broker, but the vehicle was lifted, oversized, and had a roof rack; which was not disclosed by either the owner nor the broker. Since the vehicle he picked up Monday night was not the standard ****** Titan which was agreed upon, the driver realized that he would not be able to take 9 cars like he is supposed to but only 8 cars would fit on the car hauler since the weight of the truck was already ****** pounds and another vehicle would have caused the load to exceed the legal weight limit. I had to cancel one of the pick *** because I had no more drivers in the area who were able to pick it up. Our company had an agreement with the broker and the broker had an agreement with the costumer, which would make it the brokers responsibility to find another way to get the costumers car where it needed to go.Our business depends on traffic, weather conditions, ability to fix issues with trucks in timely manners, and the cooperation of 9 costumers. By law a car hauler truck can carry a maximum weight of ****** pounds.
