I reached out to the company about exchanging a purchase for a larger size. I was told to sent the shirt back and an exchange would be made. They received the shirt on 10/18/23 and I have not heard anything from them. I have called numerous times and got a message to text them. I left messages twice and texted numerous times. I have also emailed and messengered them numerous times. I would really like the shirt but at this point, I would be happy to get my money back.Customer response

The company did reach out to me about two weeks after I filed my complaint. They stated that my replacement was lost in shipment, I had never received any shipment information from them, and they were sending me another one. The replacement was suppose to be an XL tank top and I received an XXL a few days ago.

I placed an order for a T-Shirt which was a birthday present, on August 23rd 2023. On September 12, I got an email saying that the item was shipped. On 9/22, I got an email asking me to review my purchase. On 9/24, I checked the tracking and it hadn't moved from the pick up location. I emailed them and asked them for an update. The replied the next day and all they did was send me the tracking information - which again - hasn't updated since 9/12. I emailed them back and told them that I had that already and it hasn't moved. No reply from them. I emailed again on 9/28 and told them that the order must be lost. They emailed me back same day and told me to keep an eye on the tracking. How frustrating. I replied again and told them that it hasn't moved since 9/12. On 9/30 I told them that I needed a new shirt to be mailed to me immediately, because it's been over a month since my initial order. I got an email back and they told me that they were forward my complaint to the proper department. I emailed them back on 10/15 (it only took me that long because I was getting married an on my honeymoon). In this email, I included a screen shot of the tracking which still hadn't been updated since 9/12. The emailed me back the next day and told me that the shirt is now out of stock (how convenient) and they told me to pick another shirt. I emailed them back and told them that I want a refund, not another shirt. I've gotten no response and no refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a tee-shirt on 8/24/23. After 2 weeks, as I had not had any updates I emailed Cat in The Cap. No response. I called their **************** number. The message advises the caller to text them the question. I did. No response. I left them a voice mail. No response. I just want my money back.Customer response

I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER ON OR ABOUT 7/14/23 FOR 3 "ANGRY CAT STICKERS" AND A TSHIRT. I RECEIVED THE TSHIRT AND 3 STICKERS ON 8/14/23, BUT NOT THE **** I ORDERED. I EMAILED THE COMPANY THAT SAME DAY WITH A PICTURE OF THE STICKERS I RECEIVED, AS WELL AS A SCREENSHOT OF MY ORDER SUMMARY SHOWING THE STICKERS I DID ORDER. I ASKED FOR A REFUND SINCE I DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT I ORDERED.I RECEIVED A REPLY ON 8/17/23 ASKING IF I "SHOOK OUT THE TSHIRT TO SEE IF THE STICKERS ARE IN IT". AS WELL AS CONFIRMING THE AMOUNT OF STICKERS I ORDERED, EVEN THOUGH ALL INFO WAS CLEARLY EXPLAINED AND PICS ATTACHED. I RECEIVED ONE LAST EMAIL FROM THEM ON 8/18/23 ASKING FOR TIME TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER. I HAVE SINCE SENT 3 EMAILS ASKING FOR A REFUND STATUS. ONE ON 8/22, 8/24, AND 9/6 WITH NO FOLLOW UP OR RESPONSE. I WANT A REFUND. THE STICKERS TOTAL COST WAS $14.85.Initial Complaint

Placed order for a shirt and sticker on 7/28 through Shop. Order was confirmed by store.Emailed a week later asking about why shipping was delayed and received an email saying the item would ship within 1-2 business days.Order did not ship after 3 days, so I requested a refund by email and was ignored.Reached out again on 8/28 and requested a refund again. I was again refused a refund and told there was a delay in shipping. I responded that I no longer wanted the items and wanted a refund. No response ever came.Initial Complaint

I discovered this business on ******** and I placed a purchase on July 25, 2023 for a t-shirt, order #***** in the amount of $23.94, including shipping. Periodically, I would check the status of my order only to find that it was confirmed. I contacted the business via email several times only to be told, "it would ship in the next day or two." Finally, on August 15, 2023 I contacted the business via email and stated that, "Due to unfulfillment, cancel my order and issue a full refund." Since that communication, I have not heard from the business.Customer response

I purchased products and paid on 7/5/23 . I have not received them nor have they been shipped . I have twice emailed them requesting a refund as they are still sitting in "order status" first on 7/14 and I was told it would be shipped in a dayor 2 . Was not shipped as they said . I again emailed 7/17 and again response I got was will be shipped in a day or 2 . Tey are not refunding as I have requested in now the 3rd email . I just want a refund.Customer response
