            Won't have nolan roofing or owner ***** on my property again. Asked for 10k TPO flat deck I have lumps and wrinkles. Called ***** 3 times he declined 3 times to come look at it. Abandoned project. Every one who looks at it says what happened to your deck? ***** said his definition of flat is different than mine. I lost 10k. No integrity or honesty. Shame on you nolan roofing and owner *****

            At the first site visit, to give you an estimate for the project, ***** had initially started quoting for ******* a product made specifically for a walkable deck. Upon hearing the cost, you declined and opted for a cheaper material, ***. ***** clearly explained this material is a commercial product but can also be used on residential low slope and flat roofs. He also let you know it would not have the quality or look desired for a walkable deck, but you chose this because of cost. Once the project was completed, you contacted Nolans Roofing, at which ***** reminded you of your original discussion. ***** also had the *** manufacturer reach out to you to speak with you directly. They confirmed it was installed at manufacturers specifications.

            ***** is totally missing the issue. I asked for a flat recreational deck to be used with heavy traffic. His advice was a more inexpensive product ***. He's correct in telling part of the story. I've checked with *******, GAF, and Weatherbond all telling me this was an incorrect application for a recreational deck. They won't even warranty the *** because how it is installed. I also talked with ****** *** ********** I told him the whole story he said it was installed to manufactures spec for a roof but not a high traffic recreational roof and didn't want to get involved. I watch the faces of everyone who walks out onto the deck. First thing out of their mouth is what's wrong with your deck? Do they need to finish?When I walk on the deck it sounds like popcorn popping, *** not glued down correctly. I have 50% wrinkles in the *** incorrect adhesion. Over 300 raised lumps that manufactures say should have never been installed for this application. ***** says, correct to manufactures specs. If I ask someone to paint my house blue but they give me green to manufactures specs that's not what I paid for. Grrr
