Item - Asus ROG Phone 5 ZS673KS / I005DA 5G Dual 256GB 12GB RAM Factory Unlocked (GSM Only | No CDMA - not Compatible with *************** Tencent Games Goog Store - NGP STORE *** When - ORDER PLACED September 1, 2021, ORDER NUMBER 114-7724702-0030629 (From Amazon)I paid $781.88.Here is the description on the sellers page:NOTE: International Version. No Warranty. This device will work with GSM service providers like *************** MetroPCS, and most other GSM service providers. It will not work with CDMA service providers like ******** US Cellular, Sprint, or any other CDMA service providers. Please check device compatibility with your cell phone provider before you place your order.To sum it up. The seller claims the phone is an international unlocked phone. I called the manufacturer and it is a Chinese region phone not international. In the title it states the phone is 5G, the descriptions says it works with ATT and ********* I checked with the cell provider and they said this phone will work, it does not work with ******** or ATT I tried both. It took me a while to notice because I bought the phone in September and the 5G roll out with ATT and ******** made the phone stop working. I contacted the seller and they said no returns and that it works. You can see in the comments on Amazon that a lot of people are stating the phone doesn't work. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B093CT5D77/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I ended up buying the same phone ROG 5 directly from the **** store and it works great because they sold me a phone that works in the part of the world. The seller refuses to let me return the phone and since it is a 3rd party sell Amazon could not give me a full refund. Amazon was able to credit me a partial refund. I have spent a lot of hours trying to get this right. I want this company to know they cannot keep doing this.Business response

Hello BBB
Customer purchased item on September 2nd and got item few days after that back in 2021. Customer has 30 days to verify if item does work or not and send it back for full refund if item DOES NOT WORK! Customer has failed to return item within 30 days, we will NOT be processing refund or accepting item back since customer has failed to follow the policy and return item back to us! Please note that this is a customer abuse case and customer trying to ignore the policy and get refund, this will NOT happen!
