      Paid for delivery and removal of fridge ..they damaged my new homes brand new floor dragging fridge out of house leaving several large scratches and flooding kitchen from Water line and put a small dent on the new fridge

      Date of Delivery was 8/24/2021. I filed a personal property damage claim form on 8/27/2021. The delivery was white glove delivery, meaning they were supposed to bring it in the home and put it together. They brought the wood & metal crate into my brand new home, scratching the hardwood floor extensively. I have attached a more detailed description of the damage. Along with my claim on 8/29/2021, I emailed pictures and the property claim form as I was told to do to ************************************************** I received a tracking number of ********* on 8/30/2021 and said they have begun an investigation into the matter. I never heard from anyone, so I attempted to follow up on the matter on 9/21/2021. On 9/22/2021 they said that after many attempts to get information from IND station and the delivery agent, BK1, they had not heard back from BK1. They submitted it to the insurance company with the claim number L003543688. On 9/22 I asked whether they would be contacting me or if i needed to do anything. They responded the same day, indicating they would be reaching out to me. On 11/15/2021 I followed up on the issue via email and did not receive a response. On 1/20/2022 I followed up again on the issue and re-attached my claim form. On 1/21/2022, they told me that **** from Blue Line Transport has been in contact with me (he had not). They then said that Pilot is not liable for damages caused by their suppliers to our property. That same day I responded and said that no one has reached out to me at all, other than someone saying that someone would be reaching out. On 3/7/2022 I followed up again. That same day I received a response from BlueLine 2 Transport LLC with a picture of the desk put together (not the floors they destroyed). They said that I was supposed to report damage to my property within 48 hours. That my delivery took place on 8/24 and they don't have any record of me contacting anyone until 8/29. They denied my claim.

      I am writing in reference to shipment ID *********. This was a Purple Mattress, Headboard and Frame, with White ***** Delivery + Setup. I placed this order on December 3rd, 2021, and as of 1/18/22, I have still have not received this shipment. I have called Pilot ************************** the ************** ******* and the Kent ******* numerous times over the past month with absolutely zero resolution and support. Nobody knows where this shipment is. SLC tells me it is in ****************** tells me it is in SLC, and all representatives are extremely unhelpful in tracking down my order. Today I received a call from the Kent ******* telling me they are unable to locate my shipment at all. Meanwhile, Im stuck paying for a product and service that I have not received, which is the legal definition of fraud. This is horrible customer service and an embarrassing customer experience. This company should not be in business if they cannot complete timely deliveries of product.

      After Thanksgiving I ordered a massage chair from ****** and Freight Pilot picked it up. It was supposed to be delivered by December 6th 2021. I called and they said they will update the delivery soon and it had been for more than a month since expected delivery date and I still have not received it. I called again and they said they can't locate the chair. It is a 300lb massage chair and they can't find it? I'm so frustrated with this company, I don't know why ****** chose them to deliver their stuffs. Absolutely this company does not deserve this.

      I ordered a exercise set from ********** on Dec 11 2021. Shipping number *********. It was supposed to be delivered by Dec 23rd. It's the 24th now and it's still not here. I'm in ******** **. In the tracking it says that my order has been sitting in ****** ** for 3 days. What kind of lazy company is this. I was waiting for that package for a Christmas gift for someone. Now it just ruined my Christmas. I will be reporting this to the news and as many places I can. I won't rest until this company is exposed for how they treat customers.

      This complaint is regarding a pickup that was scheduled with their *******, ** laxation. Ive scheduled a pickup of a ******* returned item with Pilot 3x already and all 3x they were a no call/no show. Ive tried emailing as well as calling just to get a status updates on the drivers that were suppose to be making the pickup and i received no response. For the third pick up scheduled which was personally coordinated with their manager ************************* and i was guaranteed that my item will be picked up only for them to do a no show/no call for the THIRD time. This is very unprofessional on their part for not reaching out to the client if they know theyre not able to make the pickup. This is time Ive taken from work just to stay home so these pickups can happen only for them to totally disregard my scheduled. I AM HIGHLY DISSATISFIED!This seems to be a constant complaint for this company.

      I have a shipment that was not reflecting its latest status on the website, after calling in on numerous occasions, I was left with more questions than answers. My shipment had left ********** with no update for over two weeks, despite the shipping estimate of only 5 days originally. Customer service was not helpful, stating they would call when the package came in, without any estimate on when it would arrive.After they finally received the package, I was prompted to schedule a delivery date, which only had options 7 days from the current date available. I called in to request a sooner date because I would be out of town but there was apparently nothing customer service could do. That evening, I got an automated email saying my shipment had been moved forward a few days. A call from Pilots customer service rep confirmed that was a mistake and that my shipment was getting delivered as originally scheduled. On the shipment date (yesterday), I got a phone call that my package was lostthey could not locate my 200+ lb package on the dock, therefore it was not being delivered to me as planned.Between yesterday and today, I have called several times, leaving two messages and finally making it through to a rep today, and I was informed by the rep that we are still looking for it and will call you when we find it while offering no transparency in their current efforts to locate it, no explanation for why this occurred and not even an apology for the mishap. When I asked when they expect to locate the package and provide an update, I was told I dont know. For all I know, they could be completely ignoring my incident with no intention to rectify it - I have absolutely no confidence in this companys ability to transport and delivery goodstheir sole mission.This company does not seem to value any of their impacted customers time and business, nor the value of their property.Shipment Number: ********

      Pilot Deliveries delivered my furniture ordered from ***************** I have video footage and pictures of home damage from the delivery company that took place on March 24th. The estimated repairs for this damage is $1,500, which does not include contractor fees. I have been in communication with **************** and Pilot Deliveries for months now. Pilot Deliveries will not respond to communications from ****************'s Guest Services. The representative that I've spoken with from Pilot Deliveries no longer responds to my emails and phone calls go straight to voicemail. Phone calls are not returned either. The representative, *******************, has accepted my Home Damage Claim, has reviewed the video footage and pictures, said that he was in negotiations with a contractor about the damage, and then communication stopped. **************** has reached out to Pilot Deliveries well over 10 times. The customer service from ********************** Deliveries is unacceptable & they need to be held accountable.
