      This is the worst experience in customer service. I am considering not shopping at Amazon any more because of this. Tomorrow makes the 4th full day I have to stay at home in the last 10 days on the 'hope' that they make come and pickup. Each of the 4 days, they gave me a 'window' of 9 am to 5 pm and they never showed. I spoke to their customer service and one of their representatives was by far the rudest, most obnoxious and abrasive person I met in recent memory. I really don't know what is wrong with this company but it's a profound opinion changer for my relationship with Amazon. I also wrote Amazon about this and they never responded. Very sad.

      I ordered $600 worth of flooring materials from Lowes. This company held my delivery in their warehouse with no updates for over a week. I had to contact Lowes to reach out to Pilot, sent them an email myself, and left them a voicemail. When the package was finally delivered, it was clearly opened and dropped many times. There were footprints on the boxes and on the flooring boards. About 50% of the pieces were in some way damaged and are unusable. The delivery was dropped on my front porch with boxes and contents mixed up together, unprotected from the elements. This company is absolute garbage and should not be used by anyone.

      I've honestly had the worst experience with this company. Pilot Services has cancelled my pick-up three times. The first time only one person for send for an item that needed at least two people to be lifted. The second and third time no one showed up. Pilot lied to the company I am trying to ship my furniture to. They said I failed to let the driver enter my home, but not only did they not come within the 4-hour pickup window that they gave me, but also showed up almost four hours later when I was no longer home. This company is disorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest. I never want to do business with them again. Please avoid if you can.

      I have been waiting on a delivery for over 2 months. I have reordered the item and it still has not been delivered. When I use the site to track the item , the tracking stops two days from the original purchase date, so it is not helpful! The site also does not allow me to schedule deliveries. There is an error message around every corner of the site. The customer service is a complete joke. Ive had the hardest time reaching an actual person and when I do, they are not at all helpful. Ive been told on several occasions that they are backed up and deliveries are sitting in a warehouse; allow 2 more weeks and check back ! This is my 6th time checking back! Why is there no one who can give me a concrete date for delivery. This company is a delivery/shipping service, right? If logistics and shipping is all you do; these things should be handled better. Ive also submitted request for a call back or email and Ive had radio silence. Im extremely disappointed in this company and surprised that ******* and Amazon would continue to use them with such horrible service theyve provided their customers. Im am sure I am not the anomaly - this cant be a one person issue! I sending this feedback to *******, Amazon, **** Club, Yalp , and the BBB.

      Pilot Freight shipping in ********** ***** does not respond to emails or calls regarding tracking a shipment. We have a pool table we ordered from ******* sitting in their warehouse since 11/29/21. It is now 12/27/2021 and it has not moved. If ******* has contracted with them to move/deliver packages then it should be done within a reasonable time not to mention updated tracking and explanation why delivery has not occurred. We can not get anyone to explain why our package is still sitting in the same location. We understand the constraints regarding limited staff but the lack of communication and customer service is not acceptable.

      I ordered a TV from ******* for my husband's birthday. Tracking never changed from the 4th through the 9th. Then early on the 10th it said delivery would be that day. Nothing showed. Called and was told it would now be delivered on the 15th. Called again this morning and was told that I will possibly get a call to schedule an appointment on Tuesday or Wednesday with a possible delivery date of Monday!!! Are you kidding? All because "oh, someone must have written your # down wrong". My first mistake was actually ordering from ******* and my second mistake was thinking that Pilot was a reputable company. (They are in ***** I am in *********. How hard can it be to drive it over here asap?) Bunch of monkeys running that place.

      It's been almost 3 weeks since my package was allegedly "Picked Up" by Pilot. It was picked up in the U.S. and I live in a city that is 90minutes away by plane. There has been no update whatsoever in 3 weeks. I called the **************** line and one woman hung up on me even though I was polite. The other had a BIG attitude and just read to me the tracking status. This place is a disgrace and I will go out of my way to never use them again so I don't have to encounter anyone who works for them. Use ***************** or literally anywhere else.

      This company is worthless. Missed the delivery by an entire week. No communication as to why it was late. Almost impossible to get ahold of customer service and if u actually could get ahold of someone they were extremely unhelpful. The item I had ordered I ended up canceling. luckily the product that was to be delivered that company fully reimbursed me. I would recommend pilot to anyone. Definitely stay away from these people.

      Not only did they manage to destroy a mattress, they have no call no showed on us three times, were setting up our old bed in an emergency tonight due to their continued incompetence via Purple mattress delivery.

      HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! loose packages and dont return phone calls. If I could give zero stars I would.
