      I bought a 2016 Mecedes Benz E400C VIN:***************** (BOUGHT FEB 2021) I have sold the car 10/27/2022 I went to go cancel my Maintenance Package on 10/29/2022 and they told me to cancel I had to talk to finance. (I can not remember his name in the finance department. He told me they made changes and there is no refund. I said here is all my paper work that was given to me the day of perchase can you please find me the paperwork stating " No Refund...."? He began to search my paperwork then stated" Its not in there" I said you had me initial and sign all this paper work and thats not in there because the day I bought the car that was not mentions or put on any of my paperwork. He then went on his computer did some typing and then printed out the paperwork with my name on it BUT NO SIGNATURE OR DATE, he then high lighted the NO REFUND I said I never got this paperwork or you would have had me initial or sign it the day of purchase. I said so you just made and printed this paperwork up today. He said well you don't get a refund they don't refund maintenance Package at the time you purchase the vehicle. I seen the paper work he printed out it had no initials or signature from me cause I never saw that paperwork until that day.

      *Date of the transaction : 09/05/2022 *Salesperson's Name : ******************** *General Manager : ********************* *Tel # ************ A few days ago I met with a dealer to buy a car that I started leasing three years ago. Three years ago, I signed a contract to purchase this car at a base price of $27,212 after the lease ended, which includes the $27,061.80 car price plus a $150.00 purchase option fee. But the dealer did not keep this promise. He told me that I had to pay the disposition fee and B&O tax. The disposition fee is not paid when purchasing the leased car. The disposition fee is payable only when the leased car is returned. And the B&O tax must be paid by the seller. I paid an extra $2,200 for the $2,000 the dealer mischarged plus the car base price plus the tax on it. The $2,000 the dealer added raised the car's base price to $29,200. This should be $27,200. After I found out about this, I complained to the dealer and asked for my money back. However, the dealer just keeps repeating that he can't return the money because he just did what the manager told him and the dealer's policy changed like this a year and a half ago. At the time I signed the contract three years ago, this policy did not exist and I did not receive any notice that the policy had changed. I think it's right to return the $2,200 to me. The dealer says he has been receiving this money from all customers in the same situation as me since a year and a half ago. The lease agreement from 3 years ago and this purchase agreement are attached. Thank you!

      I did sold my vehicle to *************** Tacoma two years ago. The persons name was ******* Kindle. Also he told me that because I never used warranty for my vehicle, that over $2000 extra will be returned also for me. They promised that they will send a check but they did not. I did contact them many times and was thinking to put them on collection for non payment. After one year period they finally send a check. But I'm still waiting to receive over $2000 for my never used insurance. They ignored all my messages. Their help desk person newer answer phone or replied back on my messages. I told them multiple times that I will report them on Better Business Bureau, but was ignored. They never contacted me. Unbelievable. Not recommended them to any one.

      The legal owner of the vehicle was **************, Inc.  We had processed a larger equity check pay to **************** Inc.  Due to unknown circumstances, the complainant never came to collect and cash the check.  This was not due to any neglect on our part.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I was the guarantor of this vehicle to do the payments, for this vehicle. My personal name was on the file for payments and my credit history was used for payments too.  Another two vehicles were only under the company name. The Manager of the Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma promised me to send the check after the vehicle was sold back to the dealership. I did call multiple times after and he told me multiple times that they did send the check. But that was not true. I did finally recover check one year after. What was the date on the original check? Exactly,one year after. The only question I have now. Can you return the rest of the money? Over $2000 as a promised?

      1) Physically visited last  and this year about three times together. Their cameras and employee witnesses as a proof. They told at dealership that because their manager ******* did purchase from me so I need to talk with him, but he was newer available to talk. Promised to call me but never did.

      2) Contacted on September 2, 2021 1:40 PM Left them Message but they are didn't reply.

      3) Last contact Friday, September 10, 2021 11:27AM - No response and my message about to report for BBB was ignored.

      Also, what phone number did you call from?  Our phone system had zero calls from ************ in the last 180 days as you refer to.
