I placed on order on 4/11/22 after chatting with Krys on K9Carts.com website about a product and delivery times and was told that I could choose from multiple shipping options when purchasing. Upon checkout I selected ***** priority overnight. I had not received a shipping notification on 4/12/22 so I reached out to Krys again on the chat and was told that it would ship today and be delivered tomorrow. I told her I chose next day on my order and she said that orders placed after 4pm would ship the following day and said shipping times were on their website. I complained that this should be stated at checkout and that their practice was deceptive. I told her I intended to file a complaint and she said it would be best to cancel my order and let me order elsewhere. I specifically told her multiple times to NOT cancel my order because I did not want to delay any longer, but she said since I was going to file a complaint she was going to cancel it, then she quickly closed the chat before I could copy it and canceled my order. I have included screenshots of their website that details shipping information. Clearly, this company is not the least bit interested in helping customers or their pets as she has deliberately delayed my pet receiving the harness it needs for mobility.Business response

Customer chatted with representative, Krys, on the afternoon of April 11, 2022. I've attached this chat transcript. Krys helped the customer to determine size of product to order and went over shipping options. You will also see where she told the customer it would not ship until tomorrow. As stated on our product pages, orders placed after 1 pm EST will ship the following business day. Customer placed her order online at approximately 4:12 pm EST with overnight shipping. Customer reached out the morning of 4/12 where we explained that it would ship that day. Customer became very threatening and accusing us of being deceiving even though we explicitly told her it would not ship until the next day and our website also tells this. We offered to change to a less expensive shipping or she could also cancel the order. She continued to be very hostile and threatened to leave bad reviews and report us to the ** Attorney General. We stated that since she was so unhappy with our service it was best to not do business with her and we provided her with the website to the manufacture that makes the product she was purchasing so she could order it directly. She continued to threaten, so the chat was ended, her order was canceled and she was refunded in full.
