Our goal is to provide a great concert experience every night at The Gorge. We apologize for the delays that took place Friday, September 8, which impacted your experience at The Lumineers concert, it is certainly not how we want to present ourselves and is not the norm here.

We understand that this was a frustrating experience, and please know we do not take situations like this lightly. For Lumineers fans that were not able to enter the venue Friday night, you may have already received an email from us, if not, please email ***************************************** with your name, email and ticket order number so we may assist you further.

I am rejecting this response because I bought these tickets from a reseller and do not have an order number. But you can see them in my ************ account because I got an email about the $50 credit. I emailed stating I have my seat numbers but no order number. You should be able to find this information in your system based on the seat information.

      Sincerely,

      *************************

On 09/08/23 I attempted to redeem tickets to a band, the lumineers, at the gorge ampitheater. I arrived at the proposed start time of the event (730pm) to find 6 miles of bumper to bumper traffic occupying the three main roads that lead to the event. My GPS projected time of arrival was after the event would end, eventually reaching ****pm projected arrival. I waited until 930pm, and still there was no movement of the lines to get into the event. At that time, I gave up and left. There was no warning when I purchased tickets to this event that it would take more than 2 hours of waiting in line. It was a very disappointing ******* I'll not be spending money with this venue again.

We paid $300 to see the Lumineers at the Gorge last night. We arrived in the area at 6:00 PM, the show having a start time of 7:30. We waited in horrible traffic for 2.5 hours, only having moved about a half mile. By that point the show had been going for an hour. ****** Maps and an officer both said the wait would still be roughly 2 hours if we stayed. We did not get to see the concert because of the Gorges horrible planning in allowing campers for the next 2 days concerts to arrive at the same time that paying customers who needed into the Gorge LAST NIGHT to see the concert we PAID FOR were arriving to see the concert. The Gorge needs to apologize and issue refunds to the hundreds or thousands of people who paid massive amounts of money to go to a concert they were cheated out of.

I bought ************* tickets when Bass Canyon tickets dropped on February 24th 2023. There are 3 people in my camping group. The 4 person Oasis is $1,895 before serving fees. The 2 person Oasis is the same price. The tents are all the same size. Since February, no one would help me exchange, sort out for a 3rd wristband, or let me return my camping pass. I couldn't find anyone else to buy it. Leaving me to sort out this mess when I got to the Gorge Amphitheatre.

I attended the *********************** concert at The Gorge on May 14, 2022. A dangerous situation was created with crowding, pushing, shoving, and assaults in the area between the front row and the stage. I feared for my safety and missed a significant portion of the show while trying to avoid the mob. My partner missed a significant portion of the show while trying to find security. Security was completely overwhelmed, understaffed, and undertrained. This was a scary situation with complete mismanagement by the venue, and I have never experienced such disregard for safety. This situation could have been mitigated with properly trained staff and processes in place. I have repeatedly tried to contact Live Nation and the phone number goes to a dial tone. I am seeking a full refund for our tickets.

Myself, my wife and four other members of my family purchased concert tickets back in the summer of 2020 for a band called tame impala. The concert was postponed due to COVID-19, and a new date was set for September 10th 2021. We showed up hours early in attempt to avoid the worst of traffic, but after waiting several hours past the concert start time, we were never actually able to get even 5 miles within the stage. Ive been going to the gorge for a long time and never have I ever come across such an experience, regardless of how popular the band or event was. One of the most frustrating parts of this is the fact that we went out of our way to purchase insurance on these tickets with Allianz Global Assistance but have yet to hear from anyone with the gorge or with live nation to help make the situation right. Order #**-29650/SEA $329.25** this number comes before taking into account hundreds of miles worth of travel expenses and hotel for the evening.

Last year I bought tickets to Tame Impala, drove six hours from **** ****** to get to the venue. I arrived at the venue at 6pm and the concert was supposed to start at 8pm. I was sitting in a line of traffic until 10:30pm. My car was beginning to run low on gas and I had to turn around to get back to my hotel without running out of fuel. I have not received any feedback or apology form the venue. No one that I know has received a refund for their ticket. This experience disappointed me so much. I spent ~$50 each way to fill my gas tank so I spent roughly $100 on fuel to get there. I spent $94 on the concert ticket. The amount in dispute is very generous because I am not considering the price of food for my travels, my hotel stay, or needing to get my oil changed on the way home.
