I was there for the Lumineers show on 9/9/2023. We also waited in line for over 5 hours and missed the show. We also received an email from the venue about potentially getting a refund. There was no follow up and no way to get ahold of anyone. Completely unacceptable.Review from Catherine M

I was at the last show, Sept. 03, for the ************************* Band. Security let people in the reserved seating that my husband and I paid $750+ for, and they DID NOT have tickets for this area!!! They let hundreds, if not ***** people in!! I WILL NEVER go to a concert at the Gorge again! Also, what is the purpose of putting folding chairs in the gorge in the reserved seating area??? People in my area piled them all in one area! A MAJOR trip hazard! Security there is worthless!!!! The reserved section was way over-crowded!! Save your money - so NOT worth it!!Review from Rebecca M

We bought box seats to the lumineers. We got caught in traffic the last mile for over 3 hours and we missed most of the show arriving after 10 pm and after spending a lot of money on box tickets. When it was mentioned to live nation they said get over it. They had high schoolers taking care of things they were not trained to do and they had camping coming in for **********************. Overall it was a f****** s*** show and no body gives a s*** how much you wanted to see the venue. I will never recommend nor go to the gorge again. I also reported them to the BBBReview from Doug A

Showed up for a Tame Impala concert an hour before the show started and waited in line for 2 hours in gridlock traffic. Never even got within 5 miles of the venue. The Gorge made no attempt to update anyone. The show was supposed to start at 8pm and didn't end up starting until 11pm and even then most of the ticket holders were still stuck in traffic outside the venue. Complete scam. I don't reccomend seeing shows here. Their staff consists of teenagers who can't direct traffic which leads to situations like I described above. Oh! Don't forget about all of the people who's cars ran out of gas while waiting in line. Completely unacceptable
