      Order product on 2/17 at 9 am and told it would be ready by 12. It was not, and I had to wait in line for over an hour on two occasions and still could not get my product. I have wrestlers and can not wait since I have to go down and coach. I spoke with ******************* and he said it did not matter and I had to wait. This is the worst experience and customer service I have ever had. I am going to petition the state to get a new vendor in the future. It is 3 pm on the 18th and I still do not have my product.

      To Whom it may concern,

       

      Orders placed on site are given an estimated pick up time based on the order volume at the current time of processing. At this particular event, one booth handles the ordering and the other booth handles the production and pass out of the garments. Attached is the order tracking of the garment, which shows the order was placed around 9:30am and completed at 4:01 pm at which point the customer was notified the garment was available for pickup. Unfortunately, we were outside of our estimated pick up window, however all efforts to notify customer that garment was ready were made. ******************* was not in a position as a sales person in the opposite booth to be able to help the customer.

       

      Customer received the garment at ****** on the 18, roughly 24 hours after order completion notice.

       

      It is our goal to produce orders as fast as possible for customers, however volume is limiting. We offer a pre-order before the event which is delivered Thursday before the event when the coaches arrive to pick up their tournament packets.

       

      Unfortunately our order processing was insufficient on this transaction.

      Rush Team Apparel is the contracted vendor for the WIAA state tournaments. I purchased a long sleeve Slow Pitch softball state shirt from them on 10/29/21 at our state tournament. Several other players and coaches also purchased merchandise. I was told my order would be ready within an hour, well four hours later it still wasn't ready and I was told that it would be shipped out 11/1/2021. Well I received and email from Rush Team that was automated saying that the Cross Country state merchandise is behind order. I sent them five emails with no response back from them. I also made several phone calls only to get a voicemail that says they are out of the office until 11/10/21. No one from our team has received their order and neither have I. I finally had to email Mick H****** who is the executive director of WIAA and only then did I receive communication from David B***** from Rush team apparel. He was claiming he didn't receive any emails from me and that he did not know what email was sent out. Several of my players have not received their merchandise and at this rate the total our team has spent is well above grand theft! This company is unorganized, unprofessional, poor and rude customer service, and they do not keep their word. There is so many players, parents, and coaches that have yet to receive the merchandise that we have paid for and this company doesn't seem to put a priority on making it right and ensuring that the customers are given what they paid for and promised.

      Rush Appareal has finally sent out the merchandise I purchased and that the other players purchased. They sent me a second shirt also. This was after I filed the complaint so I am satisfied that they made it right for not just me but the rest of the team. It is a shame that it took a complaint to be filed for them to make it right but thank you for your help.
