There have been multiple instances where I or my husband have had medications sent to us when they have not been ordered. Once an auto refill got set up which I did not set up. This last issue was medications sent when I didnt order them. I was transferred to someone in the billing department who was not willing to investigate. I was told that I had to have ordered them (or a tech ordered them by mistake). I am 100% sure that neither myself or my husband ordered these medications. I requested to speak to a customer service representative to investigate and this offer was declined. I was given no options for return or refund. My concern is that this is fraudulent and no one there seems willing to do anything about it. I am wondering how often it is happening to others? The medications are billed to me and sent without my knowledge as I have a card on file. At this time I am going to remove my card on file so that I just be contacted for billing.Initial Complaint

I provided this business with a Credit Card for the sole purpose of paying for a prescription for my husband (******** ** *********). On 10-1-2021 Purdy Costless Pharmacy placed a charge of $12 against my credit card ending in #6206. We did not place an order, so I contacted Purdy Costless Pharmacy regarding this charge. After investigation by this business I was told this charge was for a ****** Ellsworth. WE have NEVER given ****** ********* permission to use our Credit Card; Nor have we provided this card to Purdy for ******** use. We DID NOT nor would we EVER give ****** ********* our credit card number. The manager stated she did not give ****** my card no and she didn't know how he got it. It's obvious to me that this business was grossly negligent and allowed my card to be associated with any R. Ellsworth, without properly verifying all information on file I filed a fraud report with my bank (BECU) but to date Purdy Costless Pharmacy has refused to reverse the charge.Customer response

I want to inform you that this business Purdy Costless did finally refund $12.00 to my credit card.
I am glad to get the refund but I feel they have not resolved this complaint until they admit HOW they
allowed someone else with the same last name and the same first initial to use my credit card.
I wanted to add this as a message to my online complaint, but I could not locate a place to input new data.
