      Purchased 6 jars of Little Seed Jasmine deodorant from this company on August 2, 2024. On August 8, 2024 I received a call from Jenny, I am assuming the owner, stating that she didnt have 6 in stock but that she had 5 plus a sample jar in stock and that it would be shipped out the following day. On August 19, 2024 I followed up as I still had not received the package. I followed up again on August 22, 2024. I received a response stating that she was out of town and that she did not have quick access to the shipping information. She offered a refund at that time but I was still hopeful that the product would arrive. I followed up again on August 26, 2024 asking for the tracking number so that I could see where the package was. She informed me that she was not home until late that Wednesday, the 28th of August. I sent another follow up text on Thursday the 29th of August and again on September 4, 2024. No package or tracking information was ever provided. Their website still shows the item as available yet I purchased every single jar they had. It leads me to believe that they never shipped the items to begin with.

      Ms. ******** placed this order with us twice, and was refunded in full twice.  The product was mailed after the initial order but apparently never arrived at her address.  We don't have more in stock aside from the ones we shipped to her, so we can't mail more, but have instead refunded both orders.  At this point we are out product and shipping costs, and Ms. ******** has gotten 2 full refunds.  There is nothing more that we can do for her at this time.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Several times I asked for the tracking information that I was promised I would receive when Jenny was back from her out of town trip. Instead she just ignored all attempts I made to contact her. **************** skills were subpar to say the least. When you run a business and an issue or error happens on the owner/sellers part, ignoring a customer is the worst thing to do. I still would like the tracking information to see if this was even shipped in the first place.
