I hired this company to do a onetime deep clean on my home. Cheryl's Cleaning Touch has several business or DBAs listed under UBI# *********** and is an unregistered contractor for services stated on card and as advertised on several different pages, ******'s card given during walk though states she is licensed bonded and insured which she is not and actually she has none of these and her license is and has been inactive for quite some time. She lied directly to my face when asked if she was licensed and Bonded during the walkthrough. I wouldn't have taken the risk to my property if she was not bonded licensed or insured. You can look this company up L&I under contractor's tab license and bonding info. ****** brought said employee ***************************** to job even though the department of labor states she does not have employee's listed or insured which also put our property at stake. No employee's listed with L&I no active business license listed for her business or DBA under this UBI. This business Cheryl's Cleaning Touch or ************************** took a $600 deposit on Nov 18,22 for services and check stamped cashed 11/23/22 days prior to the date service was supposed to be done on 11/29/22. Check states Deposit for cleaning and was a deposit for work to be completed. ************* is where the check was cashed illegally being it was a deposit prior to service rendered. Four days prior to service appointment I have a copy of said check. ****** stated she also only takes cash or check I am guessing this is because she is doing business under the table to avoid taxes all while stating she is stating and advertising this is a legal bonded business.. First appointment 11/29/22 she was a no show with no communication besides her lie about why she couldn't make it. I attempted several times to get her to come that day and she wouldn't even answer the phone and pretty much ignored me until I asked for a refund. ****** responded finally and wanted to reschedule for the next day. I decided to be nice and let her reschedule for the 30th being it appeared she had been working in my community for some time. After returning for the second time on 11/3 0/22 within a couple of hours in my home she stated said she was going to grab a bite with her employee/daughter in town and never came back, no walkthrough and false explanation no contact after that. I am assuming being if she had an emergency at lunch how would she know to leave a receipt on the counter prior to leaving with receipt stating I owe the full amount of $600 and no refunds. Multiple attempts made to settle this via text, call, email and was completely ignored and lied to. Six days later when calling from another line she gladfully answered and was ready to give another bid to my husband. Only text back stated no refunds, and she would only return $250 of $600. Not one thing was finished or even close to being cleaned within 2+hrs. I have not received any form of refund as of 11/08/22 nor can she be reached. She didn't even spot clean the floor or dust among many other things that were to be quite honestly shocking. I was even told she couldn't clean a pot filler over my stove because in her 25 years she had never seen one so she just left it. I really felt that my house felt dirtier after she left and the dust and dirt was not just swished around everywhere and packed into the corners. They are also advertising a wedding venue on FB/Google which is also not licensed or doesn't have and active license along with other businesses under this particular UBI. Buyer Beware
