I signed up for service and they will not stop charging me. They do not answer phones, do not answer e-mails and I cannot cancel service. I caught the person on my property and he gave me the physical address in ************ of the owner and sent payment via certified receipt in the **** mail so I know they got the letter. He also gave me the owner's personal e-mail. They did not cash the check but they did get the letter and they keep charging me. I just want all contact with this company to stop I want them to stop billing me and stop coming to my house just stop.

We have been having issues with this business provider for over a year, as we could not reach them by phone last year, to cancel our service. This began in March of 2023, they simply stopped servicing our rental property. Fast forward to January of 2024, they arrive at our rental property unauthorized. At that time, we spoke with the technician and stated we wanted the bait stations collected and we did not authorize this service. This business is now under a different name and phone number (not the business we originally signed up with back in 2021). Now they claim we owe them money-which we never received service from March 2023- current date. They have not responded or resolved our issue and continue to send us invoices. The last invoice stated they serviced the property on 4/11/24, according to my security cameras they did not arrive at the property as they stated. I do not want a refund, I simply do not want this business to contact me any further and would like to confirm they will not enter my property unauthorized. Thank you for reviewing this.Sincerely, ***************************** ************

The services of Squash Pest Control LLC was terminated on 5/16/23. Letter (email) attached. They have at least 5 telephone numbers listed, none of which are ever answered except for the same message .... left several messages, addressed a ****, have had numerous names .. terminating service. Then almost a year later, when I wasn't home, someone came on April 2, 2024 and sprayed my home without being requested to do so. I have surveillance equipment but didn't notice them there when they came to the door so was unable to respond and tell them to go away. They sprayed and billed me $129. I have sent copies at their request of the termination, and nothing was said or done. Now it seems it will be a monthly thing and the same request to send a copy of the termination, email responses telling me I'm past due and providing the payment method. No resolution regardless of my emails. They have numerous email addresses (********************* **************************************). I will point out that their recent service, according to my camera was done in under 5 minutes. The reason I cancelled them in the first place was their shoddy service where once their rep (a ****** who was soon after terminated) came, didn't do anything (again I wasn't home, again caught on video) and left but billed me the $129. When confronted the next time he came, he said he would make it up to me, and proceeded to spray but still charged me another $129. Their record keeping is limited at best, sometimes even showing up two weeks after having already done it. But to come back almost a full year later and bill me is unacceptable. I just don't want my credit to be messed up because of this. I've made numerous attempts to contact them to no avail. I feel like they are yanking my chain in emails, round ***** of the same thing repeated with no resolve.

Please take notice that the unauthorized service you provided at my home (****************************************) was on March 2, 2024, and not April as I believe I mistakenly wrote.  Also, my termination letter, a copy of which was provided to you two times, was May 16, 2023.  I just wanted to confirm the dates.  Thank you.

Thank you. In the meantime, I have now received a text from just a number *************).  I have dealt with *****, *****, ****** and numerous "just" numbers.  I have reached out in every conceivable manner but to no avail.  I don't even know how to respond to this last message .... there are no invoices plural, but, rather, just the one March 2024 statement.  I have sent numerous copies of the termination letter of May 16, 2023, at their request.  I honestly don't understand the latest request, a copy of which is attached that was sent via text to me.  I am 75 years old and not sure if there isn't a hack job somewhere in this mess along with the actual service.  I'm not inclined to give out any bank information.  I'm sorry if I am not supposed to be reaching out to you but I really don't know how to handle this anymore by myself.  Thank you.

We signed on with Squish in September of 2021. Back then, they were operating as Squish Pest Control. We signed an initial contract (attached) for 12 months, with the understanding that it would renew unless either party cancelled. The initial visit was $399 and included the first inspection and a followup service 1 month later. After, they would come out quarterly for a fee of $129. I had paid by card and my card was on file with the business. At the time, the email used for business concerns was ********************** In January of 2022, the email for business concerns changed to ************************** In October of 2022 there started to be miscommunication within the company. We had a tech come out on October 2, 2022 for our quarterly service, and then someone came out the following week on October 13, 2022. They were gracious and sent us a service report indicating that no charge was made, as no services were rendered. March 30, 2023 was the last service rendered as Squish Pest Control. On October 25, 2023 I received an invoice (5530) from Squash Pest Control LLC. for services allegedly rendered on July 27, 2023. Although we were on vacation, we have camera footage from that day and no techs had come out.The next day, October, 26 2023 at 12:00 AM I received another invoice (*****) for services allegedly rendered on October, 26 2023. I went on to receive NINE emails about invoice *****. On October 26 I emailed ************************* regarding the July invoice (attached). I sent a follow up on October 29th regarding the July and October invoices. They ended up sending someone out to complete the **************** I paid that one since service was completed and I submitted IN WRITING my 30 day cancellation notice. On November 7th, 2023 I received a phone call from ****, an office assistant for Squash. She was very helpful and understanding and took down my cancellation notice. February of 2024, we keep receiving invoices and I email again -- docs attached.

This company was originally Squish Pest Control. They did an adequate job. There was a verbal contract to spray for insects every other month. There was some problem at Squish Pest control and they changed to Squash Pest Control/Puyallup Pest Services.I then started getting charged twice a month for services. once auto deduct and the other manually, which we paid as well.We contacted the bank and had the charges reversed. I have sent multiple emails and made countless phone calls to stop service and billing.I was willing to pay them what they felt they deserved to stop even dealing with them. I do not have a written contract with them. I want this company to quit stop all contact with me and end the threats. All phone numbers associated with this account do not answer or return phone calls. The address on their bills is : Squash Pest Control LLC *********************************************************** This is not a good address for a business either.
