      On 9-14-22 our condo *** issued a check to pay invoice ****, and **** in the amount of $23,208.90. $22,235.10 was to purchase new pool equipment, Auto Chlorine Acid Feed, Chlorine Feed for Spa, and VSF Pumps, installed. This check was cashed 9-20-22. Since this date there has been a number of conversations between various board members with the owner of Tranquility *****. Each time there was a different reason given why the purchased equipment had not arrived or been installed. Tranquility repeatedly said they had the equipment but was very busy and unable to make it to the property to install, the board decided to end the relationship form the service side and requested the purchased equipment be dropped off at This resulted in additional scheduling conflicts and Tranquility was just to busy to deliver the product purchased and paid for eight months prior. The latest interaction was the owner sending a message to the *** President stating upon legal council the equipment would be returned and a cashiers check would be issued to the condo association. 14 days shave passed and there has been no payment and no communication from Tranquility. The *** would like their money returned as promised.

      We hired **** and ******************************* / Tranquility Pools and Spas in ********************** ** July 2022 to upgrade and install some pool and spa equipment. They required an upfront payment of $5,415.00.After hearing some of the most amazing excuses for not coming to do the work and asking them to just deliver the equipment we finally took them to Small Claims Court in Jan. 2023. Yes, 6 months later, nothing done, no equipment provided and no contact from the ************. They had no defense and subsequently did not show up at Small Claims Court. We were awarded a judgement for $5,647 due in 30 days.As of Feb. 20, 2023 the Judgement has not been satisfied. We will request the Judgement be certified and transferred to Superior Court and will pursue collection as provided for through Superior Court.We are not the only people the Scammahorns and Tranquility Pools and Spas have SCAMMED. I am aware of 3 similar complaints with the Better Business Bureau and another with the **************** ***** of ******************* Tranquility ***************************** is no longer a licensed & bonded contractor, the ********** of ***** and Industries has suspended their Contractor License #************ in December 2022.

      I paid for in advance ( they said that was the only way they could get it) a fresh rain spa system (hot tub) $2000. That was July 2021 , nothing but excuses and not returning phone calls or messages since! Have not heard from them in over 6 months !

      In late **************** told me that our spa cover needed to be replaced. I asked her to give me a quote for the replacement cover along with a chart of the colors available. She provided a quote of $625 plus tax (included disposal of the old cover) and the color chart on June 1. They required payment up front, so I sent a check for $692.04 on June 12. It was cashed and cleared my bank account on June 22. The new cover was due in approximately 2 weeks.A month later on July 9 th I asked about the status of the cover and was told now about 2 to 3 weeks on covers. In August I again asked about the cover and was told 2 weeks. At this time, I noticed that the pool and the spa were not being serviced and was told that a new employee they had hired must have forgotten to do the work. It hasn't been serviced since Sept 15th. At that time, I was told the cover would be installed the next week, no spa cover. When I questioned where it was, I was told ***** had an ear infection, but the cover would be installed Sept 28th, again no cover.Oct 10th ***** told me his tool trailer broke an axle; on Oct 14th he told me the trailer should be done that day and that he would be over the next day with the cover. No spa cover, again.At this point I told him to either install the cover by the end of the week or give me a refund against their invoice **** dated 6/8/22. As of this date, i have received neither the spa cover nor the refund.

      The enclosed trailer lost and axle. When it lost the axle it damaged the frame. It was taken to Malaga to be welded back together.

      The welder melted the wiring harness. He replaced it and still no brake lights. The trailer will be ready and available for use this coming Tuesday and thats when the cover is being delivered.

      I am rejecting this response because: I waited until Tuesday(yesterday) to see if the spa cover was installed. It was not so it appears to me that this is merely another excuse. Personally, I think they never ordered the spa cover and have spent the money elsewhere. They admitted in their response that there are other covers to be installed; question is, how many more people are out there who have been scammed? I know for a fact that my son has been waiting all summer for his cover. I think this business is scamming the public and is committing fraud. At this point, I only want my money refunded.
