Purchased 2x fishing lures from Yakima Baits ( it is called the SPIN FISH) that the Description included parts/pieces that were not included in the package. Contacted the company and asked them to provided the parts and they responded it was a printing error. I asked them to just send me the 2x parts (chain swivels) to support my claim and fix their printing to avoid confusion for other future fishermen purchases but that was not supported.The lure is called the Spin Fish ($10.99/ea) and the cost of the swivels is approx. only $0.50 to $1.00 each but the lackadasical approach/response of the company should be a warning to other future fishermen purchasing the product everything described is not included and they may want to purchase other products. The location where I purchased the product is >20 miles away so it's not economical to return it w/the price of gas.Total cost of purchase w/tax is $24.24. I would be happy if they just sent me the 2x swivels (they have them in other products they sell) and commit to fixing their future packaging. My estimate is they sell hundreds/thousands to the consumer and they are a $20+M company so they should own up to their responsibility to correct their packaging descriptions as a simple solution.
