I requested from the daycare invoices showing proof of charges for service and proof of payments from the beginning of service 10/2022 and over text message was told that it wasnt a problem. When going to the residence to pick up the paperwork and my child from the daycare, was told that the business owner would not provide the proof of payment and I would have to get a subpoena to retrieve those records. I said okay and then the business owner stated to me you will never get full custody of your child. Then proceeded to tell me that it was an unreasonable request to ask for the receipts for court and for proof of payments. I requested a receipt for my payment I was making on January 4, **** and was told No, I will take the payment now and write a receipt for you later. I then received a message from the business owner that she kicked my child out of her day care because I threatened her and was yelling at her after I already paid for service. Was told would receive a picture as proof of voided receipt but have not.Customer response

We have no knowledge of a *********************************** (child or parent) being at our center. We would never talk to a customer like that, and that is horrible that someone would say that to another parent. We keep strict records of attendance, financials, and other details that are always readily available to anyone. We can promise to the fullest extent that we do not have any child in our care with the parent ***********************************, nor have we terminated any care in the last few months. We believe this parent filed this complaint under the wrong business name.
