I contacted transnet transmission to get my transmission rebuilt ***** told me it would be a week to do it turned into a month when he finished he told me my ecm in my truck was communicating with my transmission TCM because my ecm is bad and he was done until I take it to get a ecm we argue back in fourth about my ecm not working because my ecm was working before my truck went there ok he quoted me **** out the door once he pulled my transmission he text me to call him I did he says after looking at my transmission it isnt the same model he thought it was so he said only way he could finish was **** dollars more I agreed he agreed well few weeks later he says he cant program my Tcm so we argue back and fourth about price it would cost me to get my truck from him so I can go have ecm looked at and replaced and I could bring my truck back to him to be programmed well I took my truck to ********** Cadillac and had my ecm diagnosed and turns out my ecm is good and I explain to Cadillac that I just had transmission rebuilt Cadillac diagnose and quoted me to replace Tcm I paid Cadillac **** usd to replace and program my Tcm the truck is shifting now I notified ***** I even had Cadillac notify him and everyone agreed Tcm and ***** advised me to send back Tcm I did just that now ***** is telling me that theres no refund for Tcm I have a 2 year warranty with ***** on my transmission I need him to buy me a brand new transmission or refund me **** dollars I paid him **** I paid Cadillac and 450 dollars I paid tow truck to tow my truck from my house to hood sport and from hood sport back to my houseBusiness response

************************ had electrical problems. I reduced the **** by $1,200 to compensate him for the defective TCM. I do not beleive there was anything wrong with the transmission I rebuilt.

the business hasn’t gave any efforts to make things right I’ve ready there response and no my truck had no Pryor electrical issues I had a transmission that was slipping and I found this business that was willing to rebuild my transmission I work with ***** ***** to get my truck out to him I got my truck to him after approximately a week of having my truck ***** contacted me via text message that my transmission was bigger than he thought and it would cost me an additional 900.00 he already had supposedly had transmission out and apart according to his text messages which I have all messages saved and working on photo copying I agreed ok go ahead and do it because I’m still saving money because Seattle transmission quoted me 4800 as well as transmission specialist 5600 they are the ones who diagnosed the issue 3weeks past and ***** stalled me every week saying he was waiting for parts last week of February he tells me he can’t finish the job because Tcm he installed isn’t communicating with my trucks ecm and he wants his money and I have a ecm problem we bickered back and forth until we came up with 2750 which was originally the price to get my truck home he also said if the Tcm is the problem than he would re emburse me I went out to his property paid him had my truck towed home than the next day towed to ********** ******** in renton Washington where they did a diagnostic of of ecm and Tcm the results came back that ecm was ok and Tcm wasn’t any good I informed ***** and Cadillac mechanic called *****. ***** advise me to send Tcm back to used Tcm manufacture I drove Tcm to company and they took it back and said they will credit his account. I paid Cadillac 2000 dollars to troubleshoot replace and program a brand new Tcm ok my truck shifts out of first gear now but my truck idles at 2000 rpms so I am a certified mechanic myself I just didn’t have time in cold weather months to fix so I paid someone else and my truck hasn’t ran since im out 4700.00 dollars not including towing I brought this to ***** attention and he said well at least I didn’t spend 5600.00 which other shops were charging he has ruined my truck he gave me a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty but I don’t trust him to work on my truck even his tow truck guy he sent to my house says his work is shotty. I am ready to sew his company but I was trying to resolve this way first. It needs to be noted he isn’t doing honest work he is a replicable business man.
