I was quite happy when they reopened after pandemic. After trying and realizing that all their best coaches were gone and also doing workout with mask is pretty difficult, I decided to froze my subscription. My subscription with OTF has been activated without my knowledge and i have been charged since. When I tried to reach them over email Im not getting any response. In my husbands case he didnt even try any class after reopen, his account automatically got activated and he is been charged without even using the facility for even once. He didnt get any notification either.Business response
