I purchased a 30 day driver's course from this company. I have contacted the company 5 times because I am unable to log in to the course. The fee I already paid is non refundable. The 30 day course will expire .Please assist.Thank youBusiness response

****** was taken care of a few times.
She registered on 2/26 had a few issues with voice verification and her login credentials. She claimed that we were scamming her. *** & ***** spoke with her on 3/12 they cancelled the first account and re registered her. She only got ****% done and that was on 03/01 never went back to her account. Chatted with ***** yesterday and we refunded her and cancelled her course.
I cannot do more than apologize to the customer and offer a refund.Initial Complaint

Enrolled in a class provided by NTSI in October 2021. Have not been on their roster for the last 8 weeks. I was assured my participation in said classes was being recorded. I paid all tuition costs on time. I reachedbout numerous times to ******, the director about not being on the class roster to no avail. I received a notice of suspension from the *** last Saturday. I called the *** this morning and was told that I was dropped from the program by NTSI. I now have to be re-enrolled and pay a $55 license renewal to the *** and my driving privileges have been revoked. I can not leave a message at NTSI as they do not have voice mail set up. This is infuriating. I did email the director again and called the 1(800) number to complain.Business response
