I order led sports photography photographs of my child and the order was never fulfilled. Business collected money and never provided photos. I have reached out to the owner multiple times and she has not fulfilled the order.Initial Complaint

My husband and I have paid this company on two separate occasions for sports pictures of my daughter. Both purchases were for a printed copy of a team photo and a digital download of her individual picture. I have received the printed copy of both team pictures but never received either digital download of the individual pictures. I have tried to communicate with the business owner several times, through email, personal ******** messenger, and her business messenger, as well as her business phone line. She has ignored all but one of my efforts to reach out including deleting reviews I left on her business page. I did receive one response when I mentioned making a complaint through BBB on Sept 21st, 2021, she responded for the first time, to this message, she was extremely rude and unapologetic, even acknowledging she had seen my messages and ignored them. She said she would deliver printed copies to our local school office within a week and stated they had already been ordered and were on the way. I thanked her for this but expressed that I purchased a digital download, I did not want printed copies, and besides emailing a digital copy seem to be much easier on her end to deliver. She did not respond to this message and I have still not received any product digital or printed. Nor have I received any response to my further attempts to reach her or resolve the issue.The original pictures and purchases were on the following:Wrestling Pictures Feb 10th $28.00 (paid by check)Basketball Pictures Feb 19th $28.00 (paid by card through online link)Both purchases were made to her subsidiary company "ANSports Photography"I realize this is a small amount of money however it is goods that I have paid for that I have not received but more importantly, these are memories of my daughter that I do not have. Had to prepay for ordered pictures 4 months ago. Part of my order is missing and she wont refund me for the part of the order of what I didnt get.
