    I purchased a NEW (as in, never used) Venture boat trailer from Seattle Water Sports. The trailer was picked up by me on 6/27/24. After driving 140 miles, 3 of the wheel bearing were throwing grease. Also the hydraulic brakes appear to be leaking, as well. I have attempted to resolve the issue with the company, but they are not communicating so that this may be resolved. This is a NEW trailer! These issues should not be happening. I would just like my new trailer to be fixed and in proper working order, so that I may haul my boat safely.

    Stay Clear of Seattle Water Sports. I purchased a new Robalo boat with a 150 hp ****** engine. On my first voyage - the engine overheated within the first 15 minutes and seized up. SWS picked up the boat from by house ( $180 charge) diagnosed and claims i ran the engine out of the water. The engine had 3 hours of run time prior to my ownership. They denied warranty and made me file and insurance claim. I did and they covered the replacement. I decided not to want to have them work on the motor as I have not trust in the Service manager ***** and the owner *****************. I had 3 rivers go to pick the boat up on 06/21 and they said that i owed $3500. They charge me $1200 for having the boat at their shop for 45 days, I was provided no estimate - i had told them i wanted a new motor and no repairs. I had to pay the $3500.00 and sign a note saying i would not dispute the charges in order for the boat to be released. This is the most unethical boat dealer once can deal with. In closing the owner ***************** said over the phone to me " you are the worst customer we have had" after i had spent over $65,000.00 with them. The also took my trade, gave me $3000.00 and listed the boat for $10,000.00 .
