Pack and ship date 6/15/2023 Order SO0285676 Unable to get information to return item When attempted online, there is no place to make requestBusiness response

This is one of our Online customers that made a purchase through our ***** listing.
Customer emailed us through ***** on ******* stating shoes were too big. We replied 6.21.23 with an RMA number and return instructions as well as our Return Policy. Customer replied ******* there was no prepaid return label. We replied 6.21.23 referring to our return policy on ***** as well as in the previous email that states -Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless it is our error or a defective product. -Please follow the return instructions provided, and we will refund upon receipt.
No further communication was received from them, and we have not received the product back at our return center.
Our Contact info and Return Policy are printed on all Invoices.
