    The company came out and installed a fence on both sides of my house in late winter. They charge me about $5K for the fencing. They never called to tell me they were coming, or when they were finished. When they finally did finished, the fence was wobbly and not sturdy at all. The first windstorm we had, the doors went flying through, both gate doors were swinging open, the handle to open/close fell off, and i couldn't close it. I had to lay many heavy bricks on both sides to keep the gates closed. One of the fence gates is drooping down where I have to lift the fence to attach to one of the latches. I called **** several times after the workers installed the fence, I have left several voicemails, but I've never received a call back. After the several times I call and left voicemails, the voice mailbox was full so there was no way to get a hold of them. I have tried repeatedly, at different times of the day, and I still don't get an answer. I would like my fence repaired properly so that I can have a sturdy and reliable fence. I'm afraid to have them repair it since they did such a shoddy job with it. I'm tempted to ask for my money back so that I can have a reputable company come out and fix it, since the cost to fix someone else's work is not going to be cheap.

    Im reading the review below me and have had a very similar experience. We paid a substantial amount for a fence back in June of 2022, at which time we were told it would 6-8 weeks. Its now January of 2023 and we still dont have a fence! Weve made call after call, emailed them, and showed up at their business (which was locked during business hours) and rarely get a response. When we do, we get excuses and false promises. The customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced. The customer shouldnt be calling the business to find out whats going on. We actually went to the business next door to ask if they are still in business and were told we were the 5th people to come ask that and complain about the business. It sounds as if they are scamming people left and right. Please dont use this business!
