I chose CI Construction because **** List is supposed to have highly qualified people on their site. After getting several bids. I chose CI to do a tub/shower rip out and install a walking shower in my Master Bathroom. I was told by Aeryl ***** he is co-owner of this business based out of ********* **. He is now living in Kitsap County and is branching out the business to this side of **. After the demolition was completed. Mr. ***** came to my home late to install the pan. Just after he arrived at **** he discovered the builder didn't do the best of job plumbing my bathroom. So he had to go buy a tool since he'd left his in another truck. Returned ****. At **** left for the day saying it was late. As he was leaving he said " I have a friend who is also plumber he has his own business "he owes me a favor". "He will come and install the pan for me". His "friend showed up 2 days later at **** to install the pan. I had to cancel my evening plans because I wasn't informed "his friend" would be coming and arriving that late. My ***** came two days after that and discovered the pan had to be torn out because it was install incorrectly. After the tile was installed it was time for the glass shower door. There was some confusion on the installer part about how the door should be installed. The door was partway installed, My son looked at it and after reading the instruction for installing the door he could tell it was being installed incorrectly. He called Mr. ***** after Mr. ***** said several insults towards my son. Who asked him more then once to stop "slinging them lets have a polite conversation" My son said we will discuss this when you come later to help with bringing in the doors from the garage. Mr. ***** came helped bring the doors in made eye contact with me and left not saying a word to me or my son. Several days later when he came to install the fixtures. He informed me that "he realized half way home he forgot to talk to us". He only lives 15 min away. He then said "I was the 3rd complaint call of the day". "He was tired and just wanted to go home." "He shouldn't of been the one called in the first place since he wasn't installing the door". I stopped him and said "you are the boss of this project this is the second incorrect installation for my project." You will be the one I call. My project is done more mistakes were made. When Mr. ***** again to seal the fixtures. He forgot the sealant the day he installed them. I gave him final payment asking again where is my warranty paperwork for this job and my paid in full receipt. He said on our website yet again. They are not on the website. When I called the main office and spoke with **************** office manager she said neither of them are on the website. Mr. ***** was incorrect. I explained my concerns to her. **************** said I should write my concerns about Mr. ***** and the paperwork and send it to her she would pass it on to the owner *************************** I did so. This was 3 Nov. The 5th of Nov. I received a reply from **************** " I received your emails and we are looking into the situation. It will take some time to go threw all of the correspondence and collect all sides of the situation for evaluation. The final payment has not been processed through our system, at the time it has been processed we will send you the warranty information and receipt showing you have paid in full. A full week after my check cleared the bank I again wrote to **************** this was on 16 Nov. asking for my paperwork it is now the 24th and I have heard nothing about my concerns about Mr. ***** or received any of my paperwork. This is from the owner of the company. This is unacceptable and not a way to run a company trying to expanded into a new area. I for one will be tell everyone and anyone to stay clear of CI Construction and Consultation Mr. ***** and his partner ****************.
