I had Farmers Exchange service my lawnmower and I got it back a week later with an oil leak. I had them pick it up to repair the leak at no charge to me, then it started smoking. I had to have them pick it up again, and the motor on the inside has oil. they wanted to charge me for the repair, which was their fault for the original oil leak that spread to the inside engine. after much rebuke, they admitted fault. but they still haven't returned my lawnmower three weeks later, almost four. My lawnmower is only 4 years old. i have always had it serviced at ********** until they no longer offer that service as of this year, and never had any issues with it until Farmers Exchange serviced it. all I want is to receive my mower in the good running condition it was in before Farmers Exchange damaged it.Initial Complaint

Dropped off push-behind mower for standard maintenance, oil change, blade sharpened, etc they told me it would be ONE week at most. I was patient until after two weeks, I called them. They assured me it would be done shortly. Finally at three weeks I called, still wasnt done, I told them I would just come get my mower back. They had it completely torn apart, refused to put it back together, refused to refund my deposit of $46 and then proceeded to tell me they did indeed begin to work on it and said the engine was blown, when it worked fine when I dropped it off. I took my pile of parts back and walked away without my money. Shady company. Terrible customer service and business practices.
