The day of Super Bowl Sunday, I had hired said company to come to my house and move a firearm safe from my garage to the basement. We agreed on a price, which was high, but I agreed to it anyway. The guys were suppose to arrive with a hydraulic lift (said dispatcher/manager person), to easily and safely move safe down my stairs. They did not, which was their call not mine since it wasn't my back carrying it. The employees were very nice and friendly, but did damage my railing on stairwell as well a few spots on my new moulding around two different door frames. Called the company back, told the dispatcher/manager what had happened and she requested photos of damage. I sent her 4 photos, and I did not get a response. Almost a week later, I called her again and she stated that she never received the photos, so I resent the same 4 photos with her on the line to confirm their receipt by a representative of the company. She confirmed she got them, and would have the business manager call me to go over details. Nobody has called me, and they stopped taking calls from my phone altogether. Frustrated, my wife called and they answered, and my wife got heated (understandably) and demanded that the business manager call us. They have not called us, and they no longer accept calls from my phone # or my wife's #. Due to the nature of complaint, and how the company is not accepting responsibility, I assume that the business is illegally operating without appropriate license and insurance.
