Rennaisance Roofing replaced my roof in 2018. We went with them because they offered 10 year work warranty and 15 year shingle warranty. The windstorm a few weeks ago blew off 4 bundles worth of shingles from the roof. I contacted Rennaissance to come out and do the repair under their warranty, and ****** told me he was not going to do it. I begged him to honor his warranty, and he said he would come out. However, after several weeks of him saying he would come out and never did, he broke off contact entirely. I have emailed and called, but they refuse to honor their warranty. The warranty is the reason that we went with them. I had to use a different roofer for the repairs, and he told me the nails were installed too high, that there would be more damage coming if the wind picks up, and that the shingle warranty is not valid because they were installed wrong. So now, we have a 4 year olf roof with bad installation, no shingle warranty, and no work warranty. These were all things that were promised from Rennaissance. ****** told me the business had been sold so he doesn't have to honor the warranty. They use the same website, name, and reviews as ******************* who installed my roof. These people are criminals and need to live up to the warranty they promised, or refund my money. This practise is illegal, and needs to be remediated. Thank you *****
