      If I could leave negative stars on their review I would. Recently purchased a car from Excalibur. The staff was less then helpful but they had the car my daughter wanted so we stayed. Within 48 hours of driving the car the check engine light was blinking. We took it right over and they scanned for codes - it was misfiring. They told me to bring it back Monday morning and they would look at it. They were short and rude. Brought it back Monday to give them the opportunity to correct the problem. They spent a few, said the spark plugs were simply loose and gapped wrong, but it was fixed. Check engine light reset. Not a couple days later, check engine light blinking. Took to have codes scanned, same thing. They did nothing to fix it besides reset the check engine light. I will be taking it (AND PAYING) to a reputable dealership to have it checked since they could care less they sold a young adult a broken car. Will not return and letting everyone know to avoid them.

      The Guest Relations Specialist ******************* told me that the tax and documentation fees were included in the price of the ****** Avalon, which was ******. He told me it was Excalibur's Plus Plus pricing, but Tax and Documentation fees were separate. The finance guy was moving so quickly with the sign here and here fast talk that I missed it. Of course, *** didn't give me the worksheet he used to figure out the pricing info. So it's my word vs his. All I can say is Buyer beware and never take *** at his word. Always get it in writing.

      Excalibur sold us a car that had been in accident but disclosed that the car had NOT been in accident. When we later found out that the car had been in an accident, we called Excalibur to see if they were willing to do anything to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, they were not willing to do anything for us. Highly recommend that buyers independently run their own CarFax before buying from Excalibur.

      Purchased a 2017 Equinox over a month ago. With in a week the car stalled out and died going down the road. Took it to my mechanic he said this is an easy hide just plug in a code reader and it all looks to go away. Obviously no proof they did this. I also have a contract saying that replacing the windshield still has not been done. After driving the car off the lot we notice the passenger seatbelt adjustment is broken. After waiting a month, and threatening a poor review. They finally called me back to get it in they didnt fix the problem they hid the issue. **************** is horrible after purchase. Unless your desperate avoid this lot. If you are desperate and purchase from them be prepared for a lot of out of pocket repairs.

      If I could give 0 stars , I would. My Husband and I bought our Audi 7 months ago. Weve had nothing but issues. Weve taken it twice to their ****************** and every single time, they refused to give us the work orders. When we bought the Audi- there were lights on the dashboard (check engine ) We said we didnt want the car. They offered a 6 month warranty where they would fix all issues and that the lights meant nothing. My Husband was hesitant but I wanted the car and I fell for their evil tactic. It took us 6 months for them to give us our license plates and the manager told my Husband well this is your problem not mine. Weird since we were told the plates would be there within 2 weeks and that theyd even install them for in. Neither happened . Weeks after having the car , it stopped running. I called the service department and left messages, I called and called and nobody ever responded or called me back. I finally showed up without an appointment with my husband and 2 witnesses . When I told the owner the car wasnt working he laughed in my face and said well YOU bought the car. Yes, correct. I bought the car along with all the promises I was made by the salemens. I was promised this car is not broken. This is a good deal. You will not run into any issues the owner and manager were both unprofessional and rude after they got our $$ Ive had nothing but issues and now Im looking at a $10,000 repair cost on top of the $28,000 (including a bunch of garbage they added on without my consent and told me you need to have this in order to get a loan The pointless bumper to bumper insurance which turned out to be absolutely nothing but theft on their end. I have bought my last 3 cars from West Coast dealership . My only reason I went to Excalibur was because they had the Audi I wanted. I completely regret this entire purchase. A mom of 3 kids was just robbed thousands and thousands of dollars. I dont know what Im going to do at this point.
