  This is a veterinary clinic and they are literally putting every animal that comes in to sleep to sleep so they can charge an arm and a leg For their services They charged me almost $800And didn't even complete the exam andThey did not resolve the problem. I ended up having to go to another Vet and they only charge me $190 and they resolved the issue. They have a ton with a bunch of tables on it and every animal in there was put under anesthesia probably unnecessary just like my visit. My dog had an ear infection she was there for 5 hours put under and then they called me and said they couldn't complete the exam because he live was bad and that she was going to die. They gave me the correct medication but gave me the wrong instructions on how to use it. My main concern is that they are putting all animals under anesthesia to collect more money.

  I do not believe this client is complaining about the correct facility.  We have noted in her pet's medical record that she has been to multiple veterinary clinics throughout our region, and as her complaint mentions anesthesia (putting her's and other animals "to sleep") multiple times and we did not sedate her pet, I'm concerned she has our facility confused with another.  The fees for her examination, lab work and an array of medications to treat the multiple problems her pet admitted for, were also much less than the $800 the client is claiming.  Our clients do not have access to our treatment or hospital ****, so the statement about witnessing multiple other sedated animals is also farce.  In summary, given the numerous discrepancies in this customers claim, we can only assume she is not directing those complaints at the correct clinic or is deliberately attempting to slander our facility out of malice.  We will not be refunding the fees charged for this pets exam and medications, as this pet was given the appropriate treatment for the multiple ailments we discovered during the exam and ******************** was satisfied and pleased with the services provided when she left after the appointment in June.
