I turned in my vehicle to team out on 05/02. The reception advised that they were not really busy and they should be able to diagnosis the issue this week. . I received call on 05/05 advising it is the motor and that it is a warranty claim.I was advised they do not know until they open the motor. I asked now they know it is the engine. And was advised they know it is the motor. This motor has ****** miles on it. I call 05/20 to find out if they have a diagnosis yet. I was advised that they are waiting on warranty approval so they can start the repair. But they still could not say what is wrong with it. I asked for the phone number to the warranty place. They advised they need to call me back today to Monday after speaking with ******. No return call. I called Team Auto on 05/26. I was advised a week to a week and half before the I was advised a week to a week and half before they are even going to be able to look at it. 06/02 I get a call from Team Auto and there is a delay. But they will get to it on 06/04. On 06/04 I went to Team Auto. The vehicle was being worked on and it is cylinder 3 that is bad. And that the need to pull the engine apart to find out what is wrong. And parts should be on order withing a week. And also need to pull the motor out. I have still only approved a diagnosis. And that vehicle 3 now has parts on order. Mine is next in line to be looked at. 06/10 I called Teams Auto. They still cannot tell me what is wrong. They did not know if parts are on order. They need to wait and speak with ******. And their mechanic is to working out.
