****** and ****** were the Bath Remodel of Seattle technicians who installed our Marble Smooth Shower Package. They were polite, friendly, hard-working, and creative at solving unexpected problems during installation. Also, they very patiently answered all the questions this client asked. Quality work is their Number 1 priority. Close to completing the installation, a field operations manager of American Eagle Glass of ******, ** came by to take measurements for the glass-framed walls that would complete the installation. This manager had obviously installed a lot of glass for many previous Bath Remodel of Seattle clients. He carefully examined the precise and thoroughly professional work by ****** and ****** and did not hesitate to compliment the quality of their work. He was obviously impressed. My shower package installation from start to finish took two full days to complete. At no point did I see ****** and ****** give any less than unflagging effort to complete work of the highest quality. Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle is well represented by ****** and ****** who take pride in a job well done and delivered excellent customer service.

****** and **** were great! They were very respectful and provided very detailed information about installation. They also finished job on time and cleaned the place before they left.

We scheduled a remodel from a tub/shower to a walk-in shower with the option to move the installation date up. Their scheduling folks called us to find out if we'd like to move that installation date up by 8 days. Yes! The installation team of ********** and ******** arrived at the scheduled time of 7:00 am and had completed the entire project of removing the old tub and surround, upgrading the drain plumbing, installing the new shower, and clean-up by 2:30 PM. They asked for our input for shower head, grab-bar, and shelf placements. They were courteous, professional, and had great attitudes. It exceeds our expectations of how it would look and work. We would highly recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle to anyone interested in a bath remodel.

They don't return phone calls. Our issue was with the scheduling manager. He is very rude, condescending, arrogant, a "know it all", very unprofessional, threatened my husband and I both, and laughed at me when I was talking to him. After we had our initial consultation with the salesperson, we liked what we saw and agreed to do business with them. A few days later my husband called to upgrade our tub and left a message. After a week of not receiving a call back, we called again and left another voice mail. Another week went by and we finally got a hold of a person that told us that our sales rep was on vacation and did not forward his calls. (unprofessional) She was able to put in our upgraded order for us. We had an install date of 03/01/24. We got a call and was asked if we could move the install date up because the items were in, we agreed. The day before the install we got a call and was told that the tub was cracked, and they would have to order another one. They finally started the installation on 02/29/24. We ran into an issue with my home and the Jacuzzi bath guys said that we needed to get it fixed and then they would come back and finish the install. We called a friend that is a contractor, and he came over later that day to look at the damage. We called the office and talked to the scheduling manager and told him that the issue would be fixed the next morning and could he send the guys back in the late morning to finish. He told us that he had been a contractor for 30 years and there was no way that we could get someone on short notice, he was VERY rude to us. We told him that we have one. I called back and asked for his Supervisor and am still waiting for a call back. The issue we had was fixed the next day within two hours. Jacuzzi bath is a company that we will not be doing business with EVER again. They left us with a destroyed bathroom and told us that they were canceling our order. We have picture and would like to share!

I purchased the bathtub with shower set and the two man team, ***** and ******* arrived as scheduled at 8am and were finished with removal, drywall replacement, installation, plumbing, and cleanup by 2pm. Amazing. I would definitely use them again.

The installers, ****** and ****, arrived early to set up and ask if we had any questions. Through out the process they kept us informed of what they were doing and if we had any questions.

Prices was to high not happy with product, costomer service *****, they have no respect for there customers,when in trouble will return calls. Tell customer the truth and stop passing the buck. DO NOT HIRER THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
