I would really like to appreciate the work done by **** and ****** at my home from undercover systems where they have install the undercover system without any issue they have checked everything twice the clean, the place, and at the same time they try to help explaining me each and every detail that I have been asking. they were so professional, and then an excellent job.USI Undercover LLC Response

Undercover Systems installed their deck system on our 2nd story deck in May 2022. We have a nice patio below the deck that was previously unusable for most of the year, and we had lived with the problem for many years. We were hesitant to use Undercover Systems initially because it's not cheap, but we had not seen anything else that looked as good and that would keep water-to-wood contact minimized. And we had to wait nearly six months for install due to Covid supply recovery issues. In the end we feel it was worth the wait. The material is very high quality, of a heavier gauge than I expected. The installers, **** and ******, were great. Being a longtime homeowner, I've learned it's best to be present while work is performed, and I was very impressed by the crew. I appreciate they were willing to pause to answer my questions, and there are always questions. Also, we have some odd angles on our deck and **** had to work some tricky geometry to get the water flow right, but it all works. Total job time was 4 days. Job site was clean every evening, and in the end they spent time to explain the warranty process and how to do minor maintenance. Very happy with the results.Review from Mary D

We had our undercover system on our **** sq. ft. deck installed in 2013. It has given us many hours of happy family time and only this last year did we have a problem of water leaking out from 2 gutter downspout joints during a torrential downpour. The leaks were caused from blockage by leafy material at the gutter/downspout junction. My husband and I used to do annual maintenance by flushing out the gutters to remove leaf blockages; but due to our age and major health issues over the last 6 years, we neglected doing that maintenance. Today, the courteous and professional team of five-showed up on time to perform the long overdue maintenance on our undercover system. This consisted of removal and cleaning of each ceiling panel and flushing all the gutters. They removed the two downspout blockages and inspected each panel and gutter for leaks. It is not an easy job, as a portion of our 12-foot high deck extends over a downslope to where a 20 foot high ladder reaches the bottom of the deck. I was able to inspect the undersides the deck boards and joists and they are in great condition, which means that the Undercover System is performing as it should. I highly recommend this quality product; and the service this company provides is top notch. *********************, **
