This location has chosen to not provide the service they marketed, instead they kept our money, dropped my daughter from the class and said she will have to start over citing bogus laws that have been verified by the ** DOL as wrongful. This company has a History of the same and has required us to seek legal counsel to assure they are dealt with legally. We have emails showing their rude harassing behavior as do many other former customers. This has been escalated to the state level at this point and a law firm has been retained to handle.This company markets they employ firefighters and police, yet fraudulently acted this way to a Combat Veteran and retired Firefighter. More than happy to provide emails showing how many times we have tried to nail down times and dates to finish the class, each time receiving a scolding rude reply from the company. They continue to accept customers and take their money knowing they cannot provide the entire class at all or in a timely manner whatsoever. We asked in Nov, which was 5 months after they took our money, and were told they still had not done the class before ours, yet they took our money. And 40 some others that were in my daughters class!We assure you that we will go to all legal lengths to shut this location down and hold those involved legally and financially responsible.
