I highly recommend Darrah Electric. ****** and his team did a really great job! ****** came over to my house for the estimate of swapping out my old electrical panel for an upgraded one. He was friendly and very informative about what needed to happen (which went along the same lines other electricians had described to me with their estimates) and how that was going to happen. The major deciding factors on why I hired him was his approach to the project, pricing and that he would take care of all the permitting and dealing with the power shut off with PSE. I had other companies out and they mentioned I would have to deal with PSE to have the power turned off for the work and turned back on. So, it was definitely a perk with them handling that aspect. ****** arrived on time, even a little bit earlier to get prepped up. His fellow technicians, ****** and *****, arrived shortly after. ****** went around to discuss with ****** and ***** on the work that needed to take place. ****** was there for at least 2 hours in the beginning to make sure everything was running smoothly. ****** and ***** were there for the rest of the time completing the panel swap, relabeling of the breaker box and making sure PSE was handling turning the power back on. ****** and ***** were very professional and personable. We even discussed how being a homeowner isn't all that it is cracked up to be having to take care of house. They cleaned out their workspace and left everything neat and tidy. Power was back on just as they predicted, around 3-3:30pm. As I was going around to turn on the lights to make sure everything was working, my outlets that were not working before, were working again! Bonus! There was one part that did not arrive on time for my appointment; however, ****** had ***** out the next morning to install it and got my job finished. Great and professional experience all around! Will absolutely contact them again with any electrical work to be done! Thank you!
