I recently purchased oberto snacks ,lowreys microwavable pork rinds , one 18ct. Spicy and one 6ct. Hot& spicy packages, only to find that not even one of the whole purchase of 24 total bags had done what they're supposed to do, the bags never raised to build up heat,and every bag was a failure and defective. So I went on obertos site and sent all information re: defective products, nothing.. I did the same thing again every day for a week and nothing! A few days ago I was able to reach them by phone, after giving them all information,I was told someone will call me ... Never happened,today same thing ,I called and someone told me ,that someone will call me?? This is ridiculous!I had to throw away $35.00 worth of defective product , and they could care less in my opinion. Lowreys pork rinds is the product,and they are owned by Obertos Snacks in wa. At this point I just want to be made whole again! I appreciate your help in advance, Thankyou, better business bureau.Business response

I have sent in an order for replacing product. you should have to your address provided by Friday the 19th. i have also sent out some of our new ************* of our already popped and flavored pork rinds, you may be interested in too. that will be hitting stores NOW

I wanted to let you know that I received replacement product today from obertos snacks, ",joy" has been reaching out ,and was very good in handling my complaint. *** also explained to me that they use a third party service ,for complaints,and that there were problems,and she apologized on behalf of obertos snacks. On Christmas Day 2022 in the ********* ************** airport, I purchased a peppered beef jerky package and the food was hard to chew and what I would call inedible and low quality. Knowing that a money back guarantee is a common practice with large reputable companies (this company advertises since ****), I promptly called the company a few days later and asked if they had a money-back guarantee, and could they please refund my money with the receipt attached. They said that they would make the request and get back to me. No one got back to me so on January 11th, I made a second call and made the same refund request from a representative named ******. I had the understanding that I could get a refund and this is a common practice in this kind of business when product is unsatisfactory. Note: I do not want voucher as I dont trust the products at this point. Can you please help me obtain a refund? Thank you.Business response

4/19 8amOberto's consumer policy is to send product coupons for replacements, not to reimburse with and currency.
However, since this issue has been unresolved for several months, we are will to make a one-time exception and mail a giftcard covering the purchase amount to *************************
We will be mailing the package on 4/25. Please advise any questions or concerns.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Thank you in advance for mailing me a **** gift card for reimbursement. I appreciate thatAs per the call log comment, FWIW I just checked my number that I listed. It is correct and I receive and have received calls there every day for many years and receive voicemails daily.
