I have been trying to fix an issue with their product a Hysecurity gate. We keep getting fault codes and have spent weeks trying to fix the problem. After replacing many parts I believe the problem is with the new contoller main board that was recently installed. It is a upgrade board sold by HySecurity and installed by a vendor. The firmware is a much higher version than the past. This upgrade was supposed to be a UL upgrade. The gate worked before the upgraded board. With the older board one gate started a half second before the other. and no fault codes. Now the new board both gates start at the same exact time. I need to know how to set the settings or get one gate to operate just before the second dual gate system.I call technical support last week ***** said the problem was not the board but our supply voltages which we checked and all normal however, we did put new transformers and compared the voltages to another gate system that is the exact same and all voltages are equal. I wanted to know how to change the timing.***** told me that it was not the board and it was my circuit breaker and I said not that can't be then he said thankyou and hung up and refused to assist me. He is the lead tech support guy. He was very rude to me and very unkind.
