      Picked a wonderful design. The layout guy came out to measure and did not pull the sink out to look at it clearly. I wanted an under mount and was forced to go with a top mount due to the layout error. Getting them to fix it was like pulling teeth and had to settle. Then I messaged back after discovering the elevation of the counters were off by a half inch on either side of my range and a fill spot they put RIGHT in the serving area had to be fixed and that fix is coming up and has a sharp edge now. NOW they wont email me back! I DO NOT recommend these people. The owner is selfish and rude and called my wife a liar! A supposed happy experience turned sour. Poor customer service.

      I used this company to install countertops in the kitchen and bathroom which we are happy with. We also paid $500 to have the company take care of hooking up the sinks (350 for kitchen and $150 for the bathroom). I paid for the entire project once complete on 8/11/2021. The problem is that this month (12/2022) I had a plumber under my kitchen sink looking at a leak unrelated to the sink plumbing. He informed me that the sink connection was done improperly and quoted $450 to redo the kitchen properly to avoid problems down the road due to the material used and that the pipes in one area are lower than then the exit ******** in the wall. This means there will always be water sitting in the drain and can cause leaking problems if I understand correctly. I said Id like to contact Granite and Marble to clarify that the man they sent to do the sink connection was a licensed plumber and if theyd consider sending someone else up to give a second opinion. I was out through the ***** who is the manager of the Kent ******** and left him a message on Dec. 2nd asking for him to call me. He did not so on December 6th I think I called and left a very detailed message explaining the problem and that I wanted info about the contractor they used for that project originally. I have not heard back from the company at this point and would love to hear back from the manager of the man who wont call back with information about who did this work and if they will guarantee the work.

      We have been in contact with the customer and will send a different plumber to review her plumbing connection and address her concerns.  We are waiting on an ETA from our other plumber in order to schedule a time.
