Dropped off firearm frame in Oct 2022 for grip work, at the time was told it would be a few weeks to get it done. 7 months later, there has been no follow up. Do not return calls or respond.Business response

On 2/21/2020, I transferred several firearm parts to C.a.R. Firearms and requested that the business perform gunsmith/assembly work on these items. The invoice number for my work order is ****. I have made several inquiries into the status of my work order since September 2020. Each time I visit or call the business I am told that the work should be done within a few weeks, a week, or several days. I have received no response to emails I sent to C.a.R. Firearms since the spring of 2021. After 20 months, I have yet to receive a call from C.a.R. Firearms saying that the work has been completed and my parts are ready for pick-up. This is unacceptable and I am not willing to wait any longer. I sent Ca.R. Firearms an email on 9/23/2021 on which I asked the business to return my parts, regardless of their stage of completion, by the end of September 2021 - like my my previous emails, I never received a response back from the business.
