    On November 2022, ******* came into my small business to share information about his merchant services: ******************. Everything was signed electronically and I felt really good about my decision. Until I needed help and the phone number, listed on the paperwork he gave me, was wrong. Your answer is not sufficient, you did not address all the unauthorized charges on my bank account. I hired you guys to help me run my business and to manage all my credit card transactions. After the lies from the sales rep about not having a contract and I can cancel anytime, and you guys charging me almost $2000 in unexplained fees and not answering the phones or return any phone calls, seems to me that you have breached the contract for providing me with any type of services. Also I no longer have any trust in your company Cascade Equipment or River Side to manage any thing for my business or have anything to do with my business. I'm sad and also confused on how you can charge for an equipment that's worth $300 online for a total of $8000.I'm sorry to say that your company is running an unethical business and you are fraud because you sucker people into believing that are getting good discounts and that fact of the matter you are binding them with a long term contract on the equipment and have so many hidden fees. I have checked with your some of your competitor (square) and they definitely don't do anything that is hidden like your company. Shame on you for not being able to run a company without suckering people into contracts and steeling their money without their permission. We are small business working hard to make a living for our families and our employees families and we do need companies like you that will Nickle and dime us out of our hard work money.Your sales reps are lying to people and you bully business into staying in business with you by having them sign a contract that is unlawful for them. one of the items on your state contract is WAIVING YOUR RIGHTS TO TRAIL BY JURY Really???? I guess your company has been down this road many time and you don't want to go to jury trial because you know you will looseDON'T SIGN WITH THEM, DOSENT MATTER WHAT THEY LIE ABOUT, EVERTHING THEY WILL TELL YOU WILL BE A HIDDEN LIE. They will signed on Non-CancelableEquipmentFinanceLeaseAgreement and made you responsible for $8000 equipment that worth $300 online.Now I don't want to business with you, refund all my money almost $4500 (almost $3000 for equipment that I never used and $1500 for monthly service charge) and take your equipment back and leave me alone. Thats all I want I promise you that I will take this to my lawyer and whatever court you want.
