      Terrible service. We scheduled a delivery date based on options provided by **** The day before we received a call that they couldn't make the date due to the driver getting sick, despite the fact that I had taken the day off of work to drive 4 hours to be there for the delivery window. Then they refused to work with use to select another date that would work, providing only a single date option, which we couldn't be onsite for. We scrambled to find someone to be there to receive the delivery, but their customer service is terrible - wouldn't recommend anyone use *** if they have any other choice.

      Ordered a $9K Tempur-Pedic bed with and Ergo base. I was contacted on Tuesday that the order had been received and ready to schedule a delivery. Scheduled for Friday. Contacted Thursday to set up a time window, 9a-1p. Received robo-call at ****a that delivery was about 15 min out. An hour later, no deliver. Spoke w/office to check on the team. I was told the supervisor was supposed to call me but forgot. When I asked about what, the dispatcher didnt know. Called the store where I purchased the products to see if they could get an answer. The store called me back, *** had lost part of the Ergo bed and couldnt find it. Still no call from ***. About 4p the dispatcher called and asked if I wanted the bed as it was on the truck and if they found the other part of the Ergo bed, theyd go ahead and deliver it all. I said fine. About 5p, two guys showed up. I asked them to please put on masks as I live with my elderly mother who is a high risk person. One stated in broken English; me no English. The other no mask. I gave them both masks. They unloaded the $6k mattress in a puddle of water, though I asked them not to unbox it until we were inside, they unboxed it in the rain, the puddle of water. I offered them shoe covers to protect the floors but againme no English. I asked them to return the mattress, they again said, me no English and left. Not sure how to give this partial delivery with a damaged mattress and dirty floors anything but a 1 star.

      *** Moving **mpany out of Lakewood, ** was very communicative regarding my delivery. They did allow me to schedule my day. They were prompt and clean. They do however try to deceive you to accept the delivery when it is still in the packaging and make no note that they are responsible for unpacking and placing it anywhere inside your house. BEWARE! If you fall for the "standard, in-box" delivery that they try to offer, and do not specifically ask them to unpack the shipment, they will not be held liable for ANY damage that *** have incurred during packing, shipping or delivery. Even the original seller will not reimburse you for damaged product if you do not have *** Moving ** remove the packaging. *** should explicitly clear that *** is responsible for unpacking the box so that you can fully inspect the delivered product. Please take the time to read the delivery paperwork when they arrive even though they rush you to take the delivery and sign. They also are very rude as they speak non-English between themselves and laugh at you when you inquire on the process. Not a professional or honest company. I hope they change their delivery communication policy so more customers are not deceived.

      I would NEVER commission work through this company after my experience with their non-delivery of my ****** kitchen cabinets. On 8/6 all of my cabinets were delivered except one, my oven cabinet. *** delivery men were awesome. My complaint is not with their delivery guys but with their office/company systems. After that date I received communication via ************ that the delivery for my remaining cabinet was confirmed for 8/17. 8/17, no delivery. No communication. No cabinet. On 8/18 I called the number in the confirmation text and was told by *** staff that there was no delivery in their system for 8/17 and that my order had been canceled. (What?!)I called ******. They called the manufacturer and *** moving, confirmed the order was still pending delivery, was no longer in the hands of the manufacturer & definitely in the hands on cbcmoving. ****** scheduled delivery on my behalf for Friday 8/27. (****** has been awesome too btw)Later I received an ************ message confirming delivery on 8/27. After what happened with 8/17 non-delivery, I called the number in the text to try to confirm I should be expecting a cabinet to show up. The lady who took my call was not rude, but extremely unhelpful. She answered none of my questions, acknowledged none of my concerns, just kept repeating "your delivery is scheduled for 8/27."Today, 8/27, no cabinet. In the middle of the 2:30-6:30pm delivery window, I called the number in the confirmation text to just make sure my cabinet was on it's way. It isn't. Again, the lady that answered the phone was extremely unhelpful. She just kept repeating "I'm not seeing a cabinet delivery for this date." Over and over and over. "I'm not seeing a cabinet delivery for this date." How can that be? I called the same number previously and was assured it was scheduled (over and over again) for 8/27. 10/10 Don't recommend.
