    This is a horrible company. I originally ordered the TC1. I received the TD1 and didn't realize it until I needed a replacement part. When I mentioned it to them they said they could not exchange the vacuum. So I accepted that but they still haven't sent me the replacement motor I need for the TD1. It's been two month now. Horrible customer service and technical support.

    Horrible company! I got my vacuum as a Christmas gift. It stopped working after a month! Of course i could not return as it was past the return period. I contacted the company and for 2 months they have sent me used and dirty motors, when the motor is not the problem. It still does not power on. They wait several days to respond and offer no solution to the problem. Would not recommend to anyone

    This company is a scam. If I could give zero stars, I would. The vacuum doesn't even work. It stopped sucking after 1-3 uses. When contacted, they drag out the emails and refuse any actual help. Because it was a gift and the 30-day period of purchase was up, they offered no help. They do not care that they are selling a c*** product; in fact, they know it. They only want the money- they have no pride in the product and have no regard for their customers. Should be ashamed- do not buy from Moosoo!

    Worst vacume ever barley any suction took it back to ******* online it says you can return to the store they said no you have to send it back it is a piece of Junk I wouldnt give it away

    I purchased a TD1 vacuum. I had a Moosoo that I purchased and was happy with it. It broke so I got another Moosoo...but not the company is Chinese and is called iMoosoo. Very different experience! Horrible. Worse than horrible. The vacuum is a piece of junk and the battery doesn't charge. I went online and got their customer service number. Called many times, the line always busy. Then sent two messages to their customer service on their platform. No response. Then sent an email to their customer service email address. They insisted that I make and send them a video of the battery not charging before they could send me the return label and I could get my money back. So I did. Then got an email that thanked me for understanding that they were going to send me a new charger!!!! I told them NO!!! I want my money back. I will let you know what happens next. Really terrible company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

    I purchased a K17 pro vacuum. It's not bad, but replacement hepa filters have not been available for almost a year. **************** keeps providing lip service that they'll be restocked soon. False. I have no idea why they did not design new models with the same hepa filter design. Dumb. Do not purchase from this company.

    I bought the Professional model of their cordless hand held vacuum in early November 2022 and loved it so much. Since I have a dog I need to replace the Hepa filters quite regularly, at least once a month. Well, the filters were not available at that time but a customer rep said they should be back in stock in a couple weeks. Well it is now 8 months later and the filters are still not being produced. I now have a worthless vacuum with a ratty filter I have washed three times trying to still be able to use the vacuum. I truly believe that the filters were no longer being made when I bought the vacuum, which approaches illegal in my book. Soon this will be a cute red shelf art item for the landfill or recycle center. They keep putting you off and off and then just stop replying, hoping you will go away. Criminal behavior on the company's part.

    I bought a vacuum from them. Got a one year warranty! Thats great right?! NO. I have barely got to use my vacuum for 4 months in almost the year I have had it. I contacted them and asked for a replacement. They said send me a video and we will get back to you I said okay great. They sent me my new vacuum head it worked great for a month. Now Im left without a vacuum. I tried reaching out again he I talked to one girl named ************** said okay can I get your badge number and you name so if I have to call back I can say I talked to you. She said yes my name is ****** um k..a..th..e I said okay? Thank you! I thought to myself it took you that long to know how to spell your name? So she emails me a confirmation email saying we spoke and at the bottom it said ******. So now you employee dont know how to spell their names!? WONDERFUL. So she said I will reach back out to you in 3 hours our other office doesnt open till then. I said I have to call you back? You should be calling me back. So I waited went to call back and they were closed? Wow. So from there I talked to another person who the said I have to wait 12 hours then 24 hours then I needed to wait longer and just wait and they said they could t do anything after I asked to talk to a manager multiple times. After waiting almost a week they just got back to me and told me I need to pay for shipping and that I wouldnt get a new warranty with my new vacuum because I already had one? ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I spent this much money on a vacuum to use for 4 MONTHS! I will NEVER buy from them again! They customer service SUCKS! There employees have no idea what there doing! And now still waiting over a week have not gotten a new vacuum! Im so upset about all of this! They really need to get there stuff together or get SHUT DOWN! Please dont buy from them.

    The shipping department at Moosoo has some serious issues. My first order to get replacement filters never arrived but Moosoo said it was delivered. When I asked for proof of delivery they were not able to provide it or refund the money.I ordered the filters again but this time placed an order for two filter sets. They shipped one set. When I brought the error to their attention they requested proof which I was able to supply. They sent another set but this time they did not complete the address correctly and the freight forwarding service I use to get it to ****** could not release it unless I provided the tracking number. X** at Moosoo was very helpful and said she requested it on Jan 5, 2023 but on Jan 12 still received nothing. The actual moosoo vacuum itself seemed ok but far too much hassle to get replacement parts so I would never buy another one and would not recommend the company to anyone else.
