    Maybe you should be asking yourself why I have lost trust with your facility.Im sure you do not care about me or my pet and doubt very much, that unfortunately,you care more about money than any of your customers pets. The reason I say this, although I am sure you dont care to hear the constructive criticism I am about to give you. When I scheduled the appointment for **** to have a growth removed I specifically asked for ***********************, and did not know she did not do the surgery until afterwards, so my request did not even matter to your facility. Not only that, when asking the vet questions about her surgery was cut short by the Dr as if I was inconveniencing her by asking her questions about the surgery. I thought I was talking to *********************** but soon realized that it was not her by her rude tone and asked who I was speaking to and it was not ***********************. Not only that when I came to pick up ****, the technicians had cut her toenails so short there were pools of blood all across my floors at home and I was concerned that I may have to bring her back in because it took so long to quit bleeding. Then when I called about it, was put on hold over 20 minutes waiting to speak to someone about it, and no one ever came back on the line so I just hung up. No one even cared enough to call me back. When the technician brought **** out, **** was anxious to get out and the technician walked as slowly as she could and has no idea how to walk a dog properly on a choke leash. So **** is just getting choked to death after just being put under and having surgery and then she could barely walk after we got home because her nails were cut way past the quick. It took 2 days before she could walk properly. They packed her right ear again because they said she had an ear infection also that day. When I called to get her a recheck the technician had advised getting an appointment in 14 days, which I did, right away. then when I showed they did not want to see her
