The organization hosted a tournament, and during the registration process you had an opportunity to purchase a shirt for the tournament - at check-in, the shirts were not made available, and the staff person said they would be mailed. I have attempted to follow up with them multiple times w/o any response . . . they said a person would be in contact and there has been no contact or shirt sent. Not legal or ethical to charge for something and not deliver the goods.Business response

This complaint appears to be regarding a tournament operated by the *** Tour, the *** Indoor Nationals.
