Kitsap Propane did not deliver on auto fill even after I contacted them. When Kitsap Propane did not deliver, we ran out of gas and suffered a cold house. I canceled and went with a different gas co. I asked them to pick up their tank, they did not even ************ they are billing me for tank rental.Initial Complaint

We are on auto fill with Kitsap Propane and have been trying to contact them since November 6th with no response .They have an answering service but will not return a call let alone fill our tank.We lease the tank from them so no other provider will fill it.I'm not sure they are even still in business.Initial Complaint

I submitted an electronic submittal form to have our propane tank filled two weeks ago. Over the next two weeks I left multiple messages with their contracted voicemail service operator, sent an email, and requested to speak to someone from the company to verify if I could have a scheduled propane fill up delivery. The company does not answer the phone or return a phone call to customers. There are multiple reviews on ******** from other customers with the same complaint. For a customer who has been with the company and leased their tank for multiple years, this is very frustrating when I cannot speak with a company service representative during working hours.Initial Complaint

I have had an empty propane tank since December 28,2021. Have been trying to get Kitsap propane to come and fill the tank since then. Initially because of the snowstorm and icy road it is understandable Kitsap Propane is unable to deliver. However since January 3, 2022, the road has been drivable. Every time I call, I am told they are busy and trying to fill the empty tanks as quickly as possible. I was advised to get take out, use space heater and eat less as a solution for no propane. Meanwhile I am seeing my neighbors getting their propane tanks filled. This is ******* to see other propane companies able to fill my neighbor propane tanks and Kitsap propane not even able to give me an estimate when my tank will be filled. Meanwhile I am also told I can not let my propane tank go empty, it is dangerousCustomer response

In October, 2021, my husband contacted Kitsap Propane for the delivery of our heating propane. Its now January 4, 2022 and our propane tank is sitting at 0%. The current weather conditions with freezing overnight, snow regularly, and ice has made the weather dip into extremely low and dangerous conditions. Not only, has ********************************* contacted Kitsap Propane severely times between October 2021 to January 2022, they never returned his calls. It makes the home with no heat dangerous. We have now space heaters which again is hazardous. If you look on Kitsap Propane ************** and ****** review several other people in the local area are in the same position. Kitsap Propane has failed to deliver propane, and failed to returns phone calls, and many are without heat along with us. They need to return phone calls, and start to deliver propane.Initial Complaint

Paid $600+ for advance purchase of propane; they have failed to deliver, will not return phone calls left with their answering service. I seek a full refund of every ***** paid to them, and do not recommend theat business.
